⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I have stayed at Sliabh Liag Camping Park twice this year in our camper van and have been delighted with both visits. It’s a lovely, modern campsite in a fantastic location. The Rusty Mackerel is about a 5-minute walk away, while the Sliabh Liag Visitor Centre and Café is just a minute down the road. The showers are probably the best we’ve come across on a campsite. Each shower room has its own toilet, sink and mirror, and they are kept absolutely spotless. There’s also a good campers’ kitchen, on-site Wi-Fi and sensor-activated safety lighting at night. When we first visited in late August, there was also an on-site pizza hut, with €15 pizzas that seemed very popular. At €35 a night, including electric and showers, we think it’s very good value. The site is clean, well maintained and clearly cared for by the staff. We’ve really enjoyed both stays and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone touring Donegal in a camper van! 🚐👍

A great stop over in this lovely spot. Lots of facilities for campers, even on-site pizza. Entertainment was the Katie Taylor fight on a communal screen and the nearby Rusty Mackerel. Highly recommend.

Freundlicher problemloser Empfang nach Vorbuchung, saubere Toiletten und Duschen, guter Standplatz für Ausflüge in der Nähe, tolles Pub fußläufig erreichbar! Unser Platz war allerdings für unser Vorzelt nicht geeignet, da wir die Heringe nicht in den harten Boden bekamen. Bei dem starken Wind sehr schwer zu handeln! Sonst alles ok!

Piazzole ampie su ghiaia con spazio verde attorno. Personale gentilissimo ed attento. Ottima copertura Wi-Fi . Servizi bagni e docce eccezionali dotate di miscelatore. Stanza cucina e lavanderia piccola ma accogliente. Comodo il sentiero che parte dal campeggio e permette di vedere le scogliere dall’alto con un grande colpo d’occhio.

Ein sehr schöner Platz und Ausgangspunkt um die tollen Klippen von Sliabh League zu erkunden. Es gibt "Badezimmer" mit heißen Duschen in kleinen Containern, eine gut ausgestattete Campers Kitchen und schöne Stellplätze, teilweise mit Grünstreifen.

This is a great overnight or couple of day stopover. We are motorhome travelers and stayed the night following a hike up the mountain. Great views from the top. The camping area is basic, but all the essentials are there, toilets, showers, motor hom service point ect. There is the shuttle bus station next to the site, a visitors centre, cafe with great food and drinks, a village pub that is known for great food and live music. All said a great place to stay, either camping, or motorhome, campervan users. Caravan owners might strugle with the tight roads, to the site.

Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Campingplatz mit geräumigen Stellplätzen. Hunde sind kein Problem. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind sauber und das Duschen ist im Preis inbegriffen. Die Rezeption ist mit sehr freundlichen Personal besetzt. Der Preis von 35 Euro ohne Strom in der Hauptsaison war für uns völlig ok. Dieser Platz ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zu einer Wanderung auf die Sliabh Liag Klippen. In etwa 50 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß, entlang der Straße, die Klippen. Oder aber man fährt direkt von nebenan mit dem Shuttle Bus hoch zu den Klippen. Egal wie man sich entscheidet zu den Klippen hoch zu kommen, sie sollten auf Fälle besucht werden. Ein Cafe ist neben dem Campingplatz und ein Pub ist in etwa 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Чудовий кемпінг, про нього вже багато написано хорошого і ми це підтверджуємо: чисто, охайно, в душі гаряча вода без монеток і тече без тикання на кнопку коржі 5 секунд ( наболіле з попередніх кемпінгів), а ми хочемо відмітити піцу, яку готують на території і приносять Вам в автобудинок. Дуже смачно і якісно. А от Ржава сардина на. Дуже розчарувала, не радимо туди іти їсти, хіба тільки за пивом і автентичною обстановкою.

Had such a great time at the terrific campsite. Edith and the team are great hosts. Kind and friendly. Facilities are great , very clean and tidy. Great showers and toilets. Some really beautiful scenic hikes nearby and the rusty mackerel pub is only a short 2 min walk away for some great food and beer. Will definitely be back.

Schnelle und unkompliziertes Reservierung am Telefon da Buchung am selben Tag nicht möglich war. Späteres check in ist auch möglich. Sehr freundlich begrüßen und alles schnell und unkompliziert erklärt. Der Platz ist sehr neu und ordentlich. Schöner gepflegter Rasen. Die Sanitärcontainer sind sauber und modern nur leider ein paar zu wenig, wenn der Platz voll belegt ist reichen sie nicht ganz aus. Daher ein Stern abzug. Christian

Stayed for a few nights in June in a campervan. Excellent location right next to Sliabh Liag Cliff Experience & Visitor Centre. Campsite almost brand new. Modern shower / toilet facilities - really clean and spacious. Dog friendly, which is a dealbreaker for us. Walking distance from an excellent Rusty Mackerel pub (also dog friendly) where you can get some really delicious food. Definitely one of the best campsites we've stayed at in Ireland!

Fijne camping mooi gelegen en wat mij ontzettend aansprak was de rust en stilte❤️😊 Je kan er fijn een wasje draaien en drogen, een klein eenvoudig keukentje zodat je niet in je tent hoeft te klooien. De douches zijn heerlijk warm geen extra betaling en ook mooi ruim. Om de hoek ligt de Rusty Mackerel waar je onwijs heerlijk kan eten bij een warme sfeer met vlijtig personeel. Blijf er zeker na het eten hangen er is dagelijks muziek met violen en een meneer op een gitaar die zorgt dat je niet je tentje in wil voordat hij uitgezongen is. Naast de camping ligt een grote souvenirs winkel waar ze TE leuke mooie spulletjes verkopen en vanwaar je met de pendelbus omhoog kan naar de kliffen. Verder is er een boottocht te boeken vlakbij wat zeker een aanrader is.
