We had the absolutely best experience with Sleeping Beauties! I contacted them out of desperation when my second baby was 3.5 weeks old, he's sleeping worse and worse and sleep deprivation was really getting to me, emotionally and physically. Alana was very good with communication, she listened to what I needed, and got me set up with a newborn care specialist within a couple of days! Naadirah was who I was matched with, and I couldn't recommend her enough! She was always on time, professional and friendly, always listened to my needs, got on great with all my family members and most importantly, took good care of my son. With Alana's system and Naadirah's care, I saw an instant improvement with my son's sleep, and it continued to get better. Throughout the process, Alana constantly checked in with us, and tailored the sleep program to fit my son's situation. During the 5 weeks of care, not only was my son sleeping better, but I was also sleeping better, recovering better and feeling sane again. Even though the care has ended, I'm still following their sleep program, and am fairly confident that my son will start sleeping through the night soon. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. I could not say nicer things about Alana and Karen. Karen was here on time every single night, she was the perfect mix of professionalism and a sense of humor to always put us at ease. She was with us for 7 weeks and I think we would have died without her. She helped so much with advice on feeding, washing, and soothing the baby. She was always so patient and kind. She has a huge amount of knowledge and experience and we felt amazing in her hands. I loved it whenever she came over, it allowed us to rest so we could conquer the next day with confidence (with Karen's undying support!). I would recommend her ten thousand percent. If we could have her over all the time - we would. She is absolutely lovely and is a great caretaker. Again - I can't say nicer things!
