Im very unhappy with my purchase as I trusted the lady that sold the 2xsingles beds. I told her about my painful chronic painful bad back. She told me I'll be jumping out off bed pain free. Im very disappointed as I get out off bed with a painful back as the mattress is too soft. I asked for a firm mattress

Excellent customer service from the initial contact to the delivery men who installed our new bed and took the old one away. We found Chris to be super helpful and very friendly - he was happy to answer all questions and was knew his product well. Communicatons were excellent throughout. The whole transaction was seamless - I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris and Sleephive if you are wanting THE best adjustable bed you could purchase.

From initial contact with Clair to delivery with Steve and Lochie has been exceptional. Clair was very knowledgeable and understood my needs especially as I recently had surgery. Steve and Lochie were very professional and explained how to use the bed. Nothing was a bother. They took all the rubbish with them. It was like they had never been here. All staff involved are an absolute credit to the company.
Don't know why I waited so long. Used to average between 2-4 hours sleep a night. Now I get between 6-8 hours. Best investment. Highly recommend Skerphive Sleep Solutions.
