I called to get a quote for a leaky ceiling in the bathroom. They stated that they only do full roof replacements for the Kannapolis area. They need to change what their website says because the website says we service Kannapolis, including like the repairs and everything which is not what they say, when I called misleading.

With the coming holiday season, I felt it appropriate to send this review expressing my appreciation to Keelan, the Skywalker Roofing sales representative who came to our home and gave us an excellent presentation for the company, the process and the products that you all use when replacing an old roof. He was punctual, very professional and personable. He provided examples of the material you use on the new installation and why they were used. A video of how the process goes through different phases to ensure accuracy and communication with all levels of completion, as well as confirmation to the customer, so we knew just where the process was at each step and found accurate. He took the time to answer all questions we had about the products used, allowing us to make an informed decision that fits what would be expected with the end product, our roof. The financing phase of the visit was also helpful and easy to accomplish. The approval and scheduling were quick and straight forward. Keelan was a perfect representative for the quality, professionalism and pride in the company he represented. Again, we express our deepest thanks to him and to Skywalker Roofing. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to find a reliable, professional roofing contractor who takes pride in their work and profession.

Rusty did a thorough inspection of the roof both inside and topside.
Rusty discussed the options pros and cons and cost for different roofing materials.
Scheduling contacted me and we worked out a good install date.
Maegan checked with me to ensure the install date was still good. The materials arrived on site before the scheduled start date.
The crew arrived early, energized, moving quickly to place the tarps capturing the old roofing material.
Adam was the project manager, and he ensured they had all the materials, tools and skills needed and observed the workers working safely, efficiently with high productively.
The task was done safely and looks great.
The crew was large enough to finish the job in one day.

Skywalker did a thorough inspection of my roof and offered me upgrade options that would prevent future leaks that no other roofer mentioned. They also offered good, better and best shingle options to choose from. Skywalker kept me informed throughout the process. Installation of shingles was well done and looks great. I received exceptional customer service from a Skywalker manager who answered all my questions. I recommend Skywalker roofing for a better roofing experience.

Skywalker roofing was great. It started with Brad the sales rep who came to take a look at the roof as we had storm damage. He was the only one out of 3 other companies who found shingles blown up and patched them for free until the roof was scheduled. Brad was highly professional and responsive. BJ then took over as project manager and the team was seamless. They did an excellent job, hard working, and cleaned up well. Thank you to the whole Skywalker team, no doubt the best quality and most professional company. Reasonably priced and getting the absolute best.

The staff was very helpful. Rusty and Cody did a wonderful job on keeping me informed of what was going on with my roof and gutters. The roofers worked very hard and did not waste any time and the same with gutter crew I will refer them to my friend's and family great job guys.

Salesperson was outstanding with his estimate and explaining the different roofing options. Cleaning up was not good. Still finding nails and the plastic tear strips, from the shingles, in the yard. We did not use all of the material and our foreman said that we would be receiving an update bill. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls, we finally received an updated bill (1 week later). Customer service concerning the updated bill was not good.
Skywalker Roofing did an excellent job putting up my new roof!! A shout-out to BJ for explaining the process so well and getting us an appointment sooner than we expected. The well cover was an added bonus!! I'd recommend them 100%.

Skywalker Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof on our home, new roof on our oldest storage barn, gutter and soffit repair. They were here early and had everything finished including cleanup very fast. ALL of the Skywalker Team was very professional, very hard working and very competent. They worked as a seamless team never missing a beat. My wife and I are very satisfied with ALL results. Believe it or not, when it rained very hard last night, we never heard the rain on the roof, unlike before with our 22-year-old roof. Representative Rusty came out to inspection and quote us a price for roof. Boasted on Owen's Corning shingles and also their synthetic underlayment. Boasted on how they were a platinum preferred contractor of Owens. Said they stand by their work. Day of installation Deps roofing came and done the work not Skywalker. Used pinnacle pristine shingles and summit underlayment. My son was here during the installation and only seen Skywalker truck at the end of job to put up their advertising sign. Deps roofing out of Charlotte, NC did do a great job. So if your thinking about getting Skywalker to do the job just call Deps and probably can get it done cheaper. Wish Skywalker would of been more honest and not so deceptive.
