Excellent service. Khan was professional and a safe driver. The van was impeccable clean. Only issue was having to walk quite a distance with children to be picked up.

We booked two taxis, from my house to Olympic Park and then a return ride for an event at Olympic Park… the first taxi came on time and the ride went well however noted that they went complete backstreets to avoid tolls making the ride nearly an hour instead of 40 minutes. Also dropping us off at the back end of Olympic Park and not the front end where we requested. I had told them on the phone that there was an event and I wanted a location upon pick up because there will be 50,000 people trying to get a taxi…. It seems that was ignored. I got a message and a call 15 minutes before return pick up, I was told I was going to get sent a location. We stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a location to be sent. I ended up calling them. He sent a location which was a half an hour walk away…. Again at the complete opposite end of Olympic Park where I requested to be picked up and dropped off.. myself and nine other people walked half an hour to the taxi at midnight.. it was an absolute nightmare to find the taxi. He was at some random side street. Rather than picking us up at the train station or the bus/ taxi depot.. again on the way home no tolls were used. It took over an hour to get home… for us paying $250 to get 40 minutes away I would expect that tolls would be used for a premium price… unfortunately due to the half an hour walk and no tolls I will not use this service again.. it’s just the little things that you guys need to focus on.
Very quick call back from my email enquiry, efficient booking, contact from driver to confirm he was on the way and he was there right on time.
Reasonably priced too. Recommend.
