Was warned not to use a "venture capital company"-" they'll low ball you and switch price at end"- quote from family owned competition. My experience with Skymark was nothing but pure professional from John the initial sales person, Ms Amanda the scheduler, and Brandon and his crew the day of the work. They honored the price quoted, used the upgraded shingles I requested without slowing the timeline, came when requested, managed and installed the complete removal and replacement in one day. They coordinated with the City of Mt Dora three required city inspections and the initial sales person and project forman returned to review the entire job and insure that I was fully satisfied with the project. Skymark Roofing exceeded my expectations and did a beautiful job on the roof. I am a retired contractor and recognize professional workers. Best experience to date on the upgrades to the new to us house.

Skymark roofing did a great job. Billy make the quote after reviewing my concerns and Brian who watched over the project made sure all items were addressed including repairs that were made. The cost was just over a little but, the repair work was done professionally. I would like to say the crew and crew leader worked as if it was there house. They cleaned up as if they had not been there. The office staff keep me informed. We are pleased with their work.

After getting 3 roof estimates, we went with John at Skymark. We have an old home with an addition and I had some concerns about the way the original old roof was constructed. John is the only one that listened to my concerns and took precautions to make sure they were properly prepared before opening up the roof. We had a great experience from start to fininsh!

Skymark recently installed two tile roofs for me. From the beginning to the end Skymark was highly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. In both cases the work site was kept clean, the timing was arranged for minimal impact to my tenants, the supervisors inspected the roosf to ensure there were no broken tiles.On one location a few soffitt panels went missing and the supervisor had the issue resolved within a day or two. In another instance, the supervisor came up with a clever no cost solution to a problem that could've easily warranted additional cost. Both roofs were completed for less than I had anticipated. I would say that they exceeded my expectations in all regards.
