It was easy to select exactly what I needed on their website, dispatch and delivery was quick and they were very well packaged that made handling very easy. Great communication throughout the whole process. Once fitted they look fantastic and lets light flood into the area making it feel more spacious. Fantastic company to deal with and can recommend them to anyone.
As this company gets such good reviews, maybe I just got them on a bad day! I ordered what I thought was 3 Velux discontinued windows, the website pictures showed the window installed, what I got was just the flashing kit. The company did not seem very helpful (until I posted a bad review), but did offer a return. As I did not get a very good response I kept the flashing kits but bought the windows elsewhere, the other company was much more helpful.

The order you placed from our Clearance section was for two Velux flashings only, our customers often buy windows and flashings separately.
We no longer stock Velux, that is why all their items are in the Clearance section.
I picked up your phone call after the order was placed and explained that we didn’t have any windows for the flashings you bought because they were no longer stocked and sold out.
As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.
