Went to watch a relative do a jump there. Spectacular to watch. She really enjoyed it. But why jump out of a plane if it's not on fire?
My tandem instructor (Kasie) was great. I had some issues with being afraid of heights and some claustrophobia on the plane. She was so nice in trying to make sure I was okay the whole time. I completely trusted her. It was a thrilling experience and I'm so glad I can cross it off my bucket list.
Took a week to process haha. My mom convinced me to do this and I let her, she reached a huge goal of losing 200lbs. I like to face fears so this was definitely a helpful push in life that I’m super grateful for. Keith and Nick couldn’t have made it a better experience. Especially for it being the last (cold as hell) day of the season. Do it. The best things in life are on the other side of fear :) and if you’re not afraid, you’re crazy in the best kind of way
This was my second junp, the first one being elsewhere about 12 years ago! Since this wasn't my first jump I had some expectations, and honestly the best advice I can give to anyone here is 1) do it, and 2) ask any and all questions you have. Everyone is here to enjoy and share their sport with you and mutual trust is paramount! Ask them to double check the tightness of your harness if you want, ask them how high you'll jump from (if you want to know!), ask them whatever makes you feel comfortable. They'll provide you with plenty of and all the info that you need. Just make sure you ask if you want to know more...nobody's going to take offense! There's a clearly very passionate group of people here: regular jumpers, employees, and other tandem first timers. It's a very welcoming atmosphere. I jumped with Nick who was extremely thorough in our initial prep/checks, repeating our checks, expectations, and plans. I was in good hands with him and I had a ton of fun during my jump. They'll be as mild or wild as you want. There's a palpable camaraderie here in the air and on the ground. Just do the jump, you'll miss out if you don't!
I skydived at Skydive Pepperrell yesterday on October 25, 2025 for the first time. The staff was incredible and my tandem instructor Tom was beyond accommodating and professional. The feeling of free-falling from 10,000 feet and through the clouds was beyond imagination and expectations. Tom also taught and let me take control of the parachute as we flew like a bird. What an incredible experience and I totally recommend Skydive Pepperrell.
It took me weeks to find the words to describe how awesome my experience was with Devin and Kaysea. From the moment we got there till the moment we landed everything was a five star experience! Even though they’ve probably done this hundreds or even thousands of times they’re just as excited for you as you are for your first jump, they made this an absolutely memorable experience for me and one I will never forget! The whole group of staff at this center were all fantastic. Everyone made you feel safe, secure and calm! I had no doubts in my mind that I was in excellent hands when I strapped on that harness and got on that plane I would do this again and again with these ladies, especially they were just amazing🩷
We booked a jump for all 5 of us, and everyone at Skydive Pepperell was terrific! I had a lot of trepidation going into it but Tom, my tandem instructor, was great at keeping me calm. He talked me through it all, pointing out Mt. Wachusett, the White Mountains and Boston. I felt more relaxed than I could have imagined. It was a beautiful, life-affirming experience. I would absolutely do it again!
They make a once in lifetime bucket list experience a boring, expensive and disappointing event. When you book you are asked to request a time slot but that is meaningless. Whether you show up on time, 1 hr early or 1 hour late they make you wait until they have a full plane. So you can wait anywhere from 2-6 hours before your jump. When you arrive they try to sell you a video tape of the experience--what a total ripoff. I bought the $120 package for my son and it was 25 pictures of the back of his head. They can't even spring for a GoPro selfie stick?
Did it and would never again, at least with these guys

Hi Rick,
We're so sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience here. Because the time you will spend at the dropzone is dependent on a variety of factors including weather, number of jumpers, tandem instructors, etc., we try to be as transparent as possible about a realistic wait time. When booking, in email communications, and in our FAQs, we do ask that you please prepare to spend about a half day (4-6 hours) at our location, although it does not tend to take that long. Our records do indicate that you checked in at 10am and your plane took off at 12:15pm.
We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your son's video & stills package. Unfortunately we are not able to use a selfie stick due to USPA & safety regulations - it would be a large snag hazard for the parachute. I viewed your son's media package and it looks like it has 106 photos in it. If you could please reach out to us directly at manifest@skyjump.com we would be more than happy to either help you download all of the photos or manually edit the package and get some new ones for you.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope we can make this right for you and your son.

Skydiving here was one of the best experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything felt safe, professional, and unforgettable. It wasn’t just about jumping out of a plane — it was about facing fears and making a dream come true. Special thanks to my instructor, Keith Murray, who made the whole experience feel calm and exciting at the same time. His confidence and guidance made me feel safe every second, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to share my first jump with. I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again!

Those are some great pics! We’re thrilled to hear your jump was such a meaningful experience and that Keith helped make it unforgettable. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him. Can’t wait to have you back for round two 🪂
Waiting area was pleasant, everyone clearly takes safety very seriously, plane seemed to be in good condition, felt confident in my safety throughout the entire tandem jumping process. Keith was great, even taught me a bit about thermals on the way down and it was surreal just chatting with someone while falling through the sky. Definitely planning on coming here again to get licensed :)
