We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Our visit was requested to determine the source of the heat being felt coming from the furnace closet. During our inspection, we identified an opening from the furnace area directly into the attic, which was allowing attic heat to enter the closet when the furnace/AC was running, and creating the concern you reported. We explained our findings and resolved the issue that prompted the service call.

During the inspection, we also discussed the overall condition and age of the AC unit and provided recommendations based on its age and observed performance, including a blower motor concern and the fact that the system is older and may become less efficient over time. These recommendations were offered as information for you to consider, not as required repairs.

After expressing concerns about proceeding with the special-order blower motor, we immediately offered and provided a refund of your deposit for that part, which was accepted by you. While we respect your decision not to move forward with any recommended repairs, we are disappointed that our efforts to diagnose and resolve the original issue, along with issuing a full refund, did not meet your expectations.

We strive to be transparent with our customers by addressing the reported problem and informing them of any additional concerns we observe during service. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward
