I saw their good reputation, I wanted to give their services a try. However, everything seemed to go wrong from the beginning. I scheduled a basic air cleaning and checkup and asked about the cost of a more thorough service. When I found out the prices were too high, I asked them to proceed with the basic service, but they refused. I had to contact the office to ensure they performed the basic service as requested. Since I wasn't home during the service, I couldn't verify if they did everything correctly. The AC filter wasn't replaced, and I wasn't offered the option to have it replaced for an extra charge. The dryer cleaning cost $120, but it still had a lot of dust, which was disappointing.The only reason I am giving 3 start is because the customer service was nice sending them back but the service it was horrible. Last company for same service did way better job. Had to do another cleaning .

Be careful with this business. Their ads are incredibly misleading—the videos they use to promote their $59 service do not reflect their actual work or pricing. When the technician arrived, I was told the job would actually cost $1,000.
I refused the upsell and had them perform the advertised $59 service. It was a joke. They took before and after pictures, and you literally cannot tell which is which. Highly unprofessional and dishonest pricing tactics.
Brandon and Armando deep cleaned the ducts in my Condo and cleaned out the dryer vent. They did an amazing job, they explained what they were doing and kept me informed during the entire process. Thank you!!!

The team that came out was friendly and very professional. Team explained what they were going to do before they started and explained the pricing. I gave 4 stars vice 5 due to them not cleaning up when they were done. They cleaned 12 vents and each one had similar debris. Not a huge deal but something for them to work on for future projects.

Update: they review their yelp reviews religiously. Not even 20 minutes after I posted the main called me to find out what was going on. Apparently the tech did not understand the terms of the Groupon, and was supposed to do my AC vents as well.Like it said on the Groupon.

I reluctantly had someone come out the same day it took about 25 minutes for them to clean the AC duct. They use a machine, it is pretty quick. They cleaned up after themselves and they were gone.
Would I recommend you buy a Groupon from them? No
The owner of the company also tried to call me several times but I was busy and did not have time to talk.
Would I recommend you use this company? I don't know. I won't be using them again for anything. I just overall have a bad taste in my mouth. But they have plenty of positive reviews From completely satisfied customers that did not use a Groupon.

Omar and his team did an excellent job getting our attic cleaned and replaced all the ducts in two days. I only intent to get our ducts cleaned based on the IG advertisement I saw from this company. We are aware of how old those ducts and eventually needed to be replaced based on the age of the house. After Omar inspected the attic and how much issues there was, he explained and showed me pictures, also explained the benefits of getting the attic cleaned, add new insulation etc, I decided to move forward to hire the company to get the work done. I didn’t shop around for a cheaper deal because of our family busy schedules. With 3 dogs, a kid with asthma, we have to get it done. Omar also explained the benefit of the Scrubber machine which hopefully will do add benefits to the quality of of air in my house. Within one week, Omar and his team arranged the work and got it done. The quality supervisor came over to checked on the work and found areas that was not part of estimate. They gave us a discount including military discount for the area that was missed from the initial work. The whole team worked efficiently even bringing the other team in their area to get the work done in two days. Omar and his assistant cleaned up the house at the completion of the work. The finance department helped us fund this loan. I have no regrets getting this done with this company and I’m grateful for their efficient service.

I used Sky Clean Air for the first time for an AC-Tune Up. It was an interesting day! The AC-Tune Up was not what I expected when compared to other companies checklist of items they would test and clean. But they convinced me to do a deep clean on the ducts. That service was done that day and was a very professional job. Then I asked them to clean the dryer vent line. This turned into a major problem where they discovered the vent line had come loose do to clogging and the crawl space under the house was full of piles of lint.
Happy to say, Brandon and Alan spent several hours in the crawl space reconnecting the line, making sure it was clean and sucking out the lint in the crawl space. Not an inexpensive day, but one where the end result was all positive. Note to self...get dryer vent cleaned more often and call Sky Clean Air to do the job.
