Thanks for your review Rob. Order was placed Sunday, dispatched Tuesday and delivered to Sydney Thursday. As no feedback accompanied the 3 stars we’re unsure what we could have done better. Glad you received your part promptly and hope the replacement part works out.

Thanks so much for the 5 stars! We really appreciate your support. And we have to say — that’s a very cute pug in the profile pic.

Tried without luck to have our broken skylights fixed by more than one of our local skylight companies but they only seem interested in new installations. Very happy to have found the Skybrite website. Email enquiries were answered promptly and clearly, and our replacement domes arrived quickly. DIY dome replacement was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. This is exactly the problem we try to solve — helping people replace broken skylight parts when a complete new skylight simply isn’t necessary. We’re really pleased we could help identify the right replacement domes for you, and even better to hear they arrived quickly and the DIY replacement was straightforward. Thanks again for the recommendation and for choosing Skybrite.
