The premises, located conveniently behind the Queens Hospital retail area, were notably clean and well-organized, projecting a strong sense of professionalism. The inventory was extensive and well-varied across multiple price points. I appreciated seeing vehicles actively being prepared (washed and polished) in the external areas, which speaks to their commitment to presentation.
- Staff Professionalism -
I was immediately greeted by Ali, who was both prompt and welcoming. He introduced himself and ensured I was comfortable, offering tea/coffee while the vehicle keys were retrieved. Shafi was equally pleasant and professional, ensuring all my initial queries were addressed. Both were patient, allowing me ample time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, start the engine, and scrutinize all accompanying paperwork without applying any sales pressure. Ali was also clear and articulate when explaining the deposit procedure.
- Preparation and Communication -
Ali outlined a preparation process that included a new MOT, a service, and a full interior/exterior clean. The vehicle was ready for collection within the estimated five-day timeframe. Communication throughout this period was excellent, with Ali providing consistent updates and concluding with a final call to schedule the collection and payment appointment.
- Collection and Final Process -
The final stages were handled with equal efficiency. Paperwork was completed professionally with PDF receipts. After payment, Tariq, the preparation staff member, accompanied me on a final, smooth test drive.
- Conclusion -
SKV Motors operates with a refreshing level of honesty and transparency. The entire staff, from sales (Ali, Shafi) to preparation (Tariq), were professional, approachable, and non-pushy.
The entire purchase process was seamless and supported by continuous, timely updates. I highly recommend SKV Motors and plan to make future purchases through them.
