When we spoke with you, you said the fillers "look good" but you still had a few lines you wanted to fill. Your safety is a top concern when doing any treatment, which is why we do not offer free filler touch ups, as the product comes in a sterile syringe. This was discussed prior to the procedure and in the consent that was signed, as well as the potential for needing an additional treatment. We do our best to guess how each person is going to respond to all treatments, but outcomes vary. Fillers take time to integrate and are then metabolized. We have your before and after pictures, which show impressive improvement. If you'd like them for future injectors, we would be happy to send them to you. Good luck, Rick.

Regarding our policies, we do apply them consistently to all clients. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires 24 hours’ notice, which is outlined during booking and included in the policies that are signed prior to the appointment. When appointments are canceled without adequate notice, it prevents us from offering that time to other clients and impacts our providers’ schedules.

In addition, our policy regarding additional individuals in the treatment room is in place to allow our providers to focus fully on the client receiving the service and to maintain the calm environment we strive to create during facial treatments. This guideline is also communicated in advance within our policies.

Our team shared that your mother was a pleasure to work with and that they had a great conversation with her. We are sorry to hear that the situation left you feeling disrespected, as that is never our intention. We wish you the best in finding a spa that better fits your preferences and needs.
