I honestly don't write reviews very often, but this place deserves one. I found SkinLab after searching for a med spa in Chandler and booked Xeomin because my forehead lines were starting to bother me. I was nervous I'd look frozen, but that definitely didn't happen. I just look more rested. My husband actually noticed I looked good but couldn't figure out why, which made me laugh.

I'm a 42-year-old teacher, and after spending years focusing on everyone else, I finally booked a consultation for myself. I chose the DiamondGlow facial because my skin had become dull and uneven. I went in for routine laser hair removal. I left with FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE BURNS ALL OVER MY LEGS.
You might read this and think, “They have hundreds of great reviews. This must just be one unhappy customer.”
I thought about that too.
Take a look at their recent negative reviews and pay attention to how they’re handled.
I told my tech Stephanie my leg was on fire. I told her my pain was a 10/10. She kept telling me it was “just a histamine reaction” because of the melanin in my skin and continued the treatment until I stopped the session myself.
I watched my own skin BURN while the people I trusted kept telling me everything was normal.
By the end of the weekend, I had 27 blisters covering my legs.
The part that still makes me sick is what happened afterward. While I was stressed trying to cool my burning leg (Not one person knows a burn protocol here btw) and figure out if I needed to go to the ER, the operations manager- Gina's- priority was explaining that they wouldn’t charge me for the appointment. (??LOL) Not, “Are you okay?” Not, “Let’s get you medical care.” The conversation was about payment while I was standing there after they burned me. and they have the audacity to call themselves a medical center.
Since then, I have been promised refunds, follow up calls, and my treatment records multiple times. After I told them I would never step foot in their clinic again, they ghosted me.
I trusted this clinic with my body. Now I’m dealing with burns, hyperpigmentation before my wedding, and trying to hold them accountable.(.and I will not stop until I do NO ONE else has to go through this).
There are plenty of other med spas in Chandler. Choose one that you believe will listen to you, take your concerns seriously, and support you if something goes wrong.
I wish I had.

Very nice woman and wonderful service always makes customers feel welcome. I`ve been going to her for the past 5 years and I have not had one single bad experience. Her services are always very true to word and body hair doesn't grow back for a while. Love the service and love the atmosphere. Very much recommend this business.

The best first experience I could ask for. Noel was very patient and professional in answering all of my questions prior to my treatments. After 3 weeks I’m in love with my results and very happy with my overall experience. I highly recommend going in for a consultation if you’re on the fence with getting any fillers and tox.
