The clinic itself and the girls at this clinic are absolutely lovely. The environment itself is spotless with lovely relaxing music playing on your arrival and throughout your treatment, the staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful can answer any query you have and are extremely informative of all information of your treatment, horoughly recommend. Definitely think it's the best laser hair clinic that I've been to 5 stars from me!

I had my first appointment at Skin & Soul Medical today. Andrea was amazing from the get go by helping with directions and was so welcoming when I first came into the clinic. I was treated by Becky who was so thorough throughout and talked me through everything from start to finish. I’ve had treatments in the past but my experience with Lucie was so different. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed these with a treatment plan that would give me the best results. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable every time and explained the process, the risks, the results that I’d expect. I’d never go anywhere else and would highly recommend if you want a personalised and results driven approach.

A calming location and I find myself melting into the environment from arrival. Gorgeous clinic with high standards. Lucie is superb and currently on a programme for nourishing my skin and beyond. Multiple treatments, addressing core and I can see such a difference already. Skin quality is the best it has ever been. She’s an expert in her field and I entrust with her my face. Microneedling session with Jools, I never imagined this treatment would actually be relaxing. Jools fully explained what she would do step by step and made me feel at ease. Lovely clinic with great atmosphere. As a ‘more mature’ client, I felt a bit reluctant to undertake treatments for the first time, but quickly felt at ease here realising everyone is encouraged to be the best version of themselves, for themselves.

Edit: 14/08/26 had my second mamma facial with Jools today and loved every bit of it. She was so gentle and lovely. Loved having a little chat with her. Will be back for the next one soon.. 20/07/26 I booked a consultation with Lucie as I needed to work on my skin now. She was so lovely and knowledgeable. I then had the momma facial with Millie who was also so lovely and explained to me all the steps of the facial before and during the facial. I got the shoulder massage as part of the package which was heavenly. Loved every bit of the whole experience. Will be back after six weeks for my next appointment.

When it comes to lip filler I was scared at first but she always puts her customers first and doesn’t do procedures or over fills your lips if you don’t need it, such a kind soul would 1000% recommend
