Julie Brady 2025.12.17

     

Dale made this experience very uncomfortable. He was snapping at students and his attitude in the morning time was not nice. The course was supposed to start at 9am and it did not start until 9.20am which was when he began taking our photos for the white cards. After around 10am Dale's mood improved which helped but I would not recommend this course to anyone after the overall lack of professionalism.

The elderly white gentleman (sorry didn't know his name) who teach white card training is legendary. It was pleasure to listen to his anecdotes which helps people to understand why there are certain rules! He also has a kickass memory at his age!!
