It’s longer than I care to think since my first holiday with Ski Champoluc. I’m comfortably into double figures and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else for my holiday.
This year we introduced my 65 year old brother in law to the ski Champoluc experience, and he was not disappointed! It’s safe to say, years of purpose built concrete resorts and awful customer service are behind him.
Being looked after and feeling like you’re on holiday from the moment you step off the plane is priceless. Our time is valuable, and choosing ski Champoluc to take care of our holiday means we can enjoy every single minute.

Total hassle free fun week skiing in Champoluc. Looked after by people who have been here for 20+ years who know everything there is to know and where it feels like you are visiting friends rather than a big corporate company. Highly recommended.

Ski Champoluc, with Ryan taking point, service level is best in class. Always kind and helpful in everything from driving you to the lift, pick up service with a little extra surprise as well as support in booking restaurants, lunch stops and guidance in general. The Stagf was always friendly and supportive.
The location of the office and ski storage was optimal and it was easy and available.
Hats off for a great setup and a great week.

These guys are amazing. My wife, son and mother in law recently returned from their ski holiday. They are experienced campaigners, but said this was the best they have been on. Service absolutely amazing. Huge shout out to Kelly who went above and beyond. It was my wife's birthday while she was away (I stayed at home in the UK) and Kelly went out to get flowers and a cake for me, left in the room with a lovely card. Thank you so much ! They are already planning a return next year. Legends...
6 star service from Kelly and the Ski Champoluc team kitting out my grandsons this morning who had nothing to wear as their luggage was still at Heathrow airport!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ski Champoluc. From my initial enquiry right through to the end of the holiday, the whole team has been absolutely first class.
The booking experience was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. It was clear they were looking to provide us with the best package to suit our particular circumstances. At no point did I feel like I was being “sold” anything I didn’t want.
From the moment we arrived at the airport we felt like we were being looked after. That continued throughout the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team were always so friendly. A great mix of fun, informal, yet respectful and caring. Everyone made us feel very welcome and part of the Ski Champoluc family.
The transfer from the airport was good. Whilst not exactly luxurious, it was perfectly comfortable and Giovanni was very friendly.
We received a very warm welcome on arrival at Hotel La Rouja and they were happy to give us dinner at 9pm. The hotel is fabulous. Much like the Ski Champoluc team, the hotel staff were fabulous. The hotel itself is very comfortable. The spa and outdoor pool are very high standard. Definitely not a gimmick. We finished every day with a soak in the pool, a sauna and steam, and some quiet time (for the adults) in the relaxation room. The boys also enjoyed rolling around in the snow before jumping in the pool. The adults did not…
The team were great at setting us up with lessons and giving us tips about where to go. The lunch vouchers were great and included the best restaurants up the hill. The area is great value. For example, in one of the restaurants a voucher gets you a pizza and a glass of wine!
We were there with our two boys (13 and 9), and they have absolutely loved it. The ski area is really good, and the SC team will happily drive you along to Frachey, which provides easier access to the gentler slopes. Otherwise, it’s straight up the hill from next to the office to Crest.
We have been to Champoluc before, but not with Ski Champoluc. They have given us the most amazing experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

it was the first time we skied at Champoluc. Apart from our own flight, Ski Champoluc basically arranged for everything from airport pick-up, a very cozy hotel which offered breakfast and dinner, ski equipment to lunch vouchers on the mountain, which made the trip totally worry-free and budget fully expectable. All their staff were so super friendly, polite and helpful, always willing to answer any questions and offer advice. A couple of us were sick and they even offered to drive us to the pharmacy from the hotel, which was an incredibly caring act which shouldn’t be taken for granted.
We can during Christmas and were lucky that it snowed rather heavily on the day we arrived. The mountain was therefore beautiful with powdery snow the next day, with a combination of levels. The only downside was probably be very limited green… but to some it could be a plus? The small town was quite self-sufficient with a few cafes and restaurants, shops and a small supermarket. We are immensely pleased with our trip, and my son already asked to come back again!

Another (our eighth?!) holiday in Champoluc with Simon and team. As always, everything ran as smooth as clockwork and the service was exceptional. The resort remains unspoilt and uncrowded; the only change was the welcome addition of a new lift in Gressoney.
Brilliant customer service, real personal touch, gorgeous hotel. Felt like a luxury holiday but being all-inclusive was in fact very reasonable price. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Another fab trip to this lovely ski town with Ski Champoluc, this time over Xmas. They are so good at making everything work, from the up-front planning through to the smallest details during the holiday. The team are so helpful and smiley. Outstanding service from start to finish, that really makes all the difference. Friendly, efficient, helpful, knowledgable and all so easy to deal with. They certainly went the extra mile and really made the holiday so much better. 10/10, would recommend so highly.
We had our best ski holiday with Ski Champoluc, the arrangements were seamless, we were really well looked after throughout our stay which made our week easy with two small children. Thank you for a wonderful holiday we will be booking again
Another amazing holiday with Ski Champoluc. Nothing is too much trouble. The slopes were empty in the main. Hôtel was lovely with added bonus of pool, spa and tea time ice cream for the kids. We stayed at the Hotel Au Charmant le petit lac, which was new to us. The kids desperately want to come back!
Everyone at the company is so nice - we have just got back from another fantastic week through ski Champoluc. We have been going since 2019 and love everything from the beautiful hotels to the friendly staff. I am a very nervous skier due to having an accident a few years ago and Angus the ski instructor through ski Champoluc was so kind and patient and gave me so much more confidence. Thank you Simon and all the team for another fantastic year and see you next year.
We normally organise our own ski trips but decided to use Ski Champoluc as it was our first time to the area. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Great personal service. Knowledgeable friendly team that helped with all arrangements including ski hire, lessons and restaurant bookings. Hotel Au Charmant Petit Lac was fab. Food everywhere was delicious and the skiing was excellent. Highly recommend.
