Initially we had an issue with a repair not being fully completed at the time of call-out however I am pleased to say that the company followed up with me and were very prompt in coming out to complete a review of the work and complete additional work to ensure everything was in perfect working order. They took time to explain options and work through any concerns that I had. Both gentlemen were lovely and helpful.
Would recommend for honest and reliable service :)

Bierman did an excellent job installing our hot water system. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The system works perfectly, and the area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!
I booked an appointment with S&J to have my Heat Pump Hot Water system looked at as it was having intermittent issues. I took time off work to be onsite for the appointment and then 3hrs after the plumber was due to arrive I was informed there was no one available to attend my appointment as an emergency had come up and no one else was available. My hot water system has now since failed and I have to pay an emergency call out (to a different plumber) to have it rectified after being left stranded by S&J. DO NOT BOOK AN AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT
Fantastic customer service from Rueben. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the job. Rueben did a great job fitting the toilet and quickly problem-solved an issue with the tapware. Everything was explained clearly and completed to a high standard. Highly recommend!
Bierman, Nick and Carl did an excellent job fixing my stormwater drainage. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what needed to be done before getting started. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and they left the area clean when they finished. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and reliability. Carl came over last minute during a party and literally saved me from dying of embarrassment. I had just had surgery and the pain meds blocked me up for no shit a whole month. I sat on the throne, sweat beading from my brow and battled this behemoth for a good hour. As it started to pass, I felt the stool girth stretching me open with incredible pain. I kept pushing and pushing but I couldn’t back it out. I then realised that I needed to stand to complete the motion. I found myself puffed and drenched in sweat, in pain but weirdly with a level of accomplishment. This trophy was a record breaker, rock hard and stood proud a few inches higher than the seat. It was accompanied by the most savage stomach wrenching odour of death and decay, a pungency washing couldn’t remove from my clothes. I hid out in the bathroom and called Carl. I asked if he could bring an alibi for me as my whole family was there. He brought this mate Dean who you can tell thrives on disgusting things. He got Dean to go apologise to the whole party for his unexpected horror show he left in the bathroom. Carl got to work, dislodged and bagged the putrid mass, cleaned up the bathroom immaculately. He was super cheap and quick . Bringing the fall guy was the cherry on the cake.

Carl attended my property to rectify a blocked sink which has been causing me repeat issues for years.
Friendly fast service and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.
