Scott started work on my remortgage nice and early. Clearly explained everything and promptly let me know when a lower rate was available during the process. Scott intervened when I wanted clarification on a legal issue, he got me a Solicitor response the same day. Nothing has been too much trouble regardless of how busy he is. Scott is dilegent and thorough. He takes the time to explain things and leads you through the process. A better rate came up whilst my mortgage was going through, he was straight onto it, let me know and secured the deal.
