Recently visited them and had pathetic experience,during arm waxing they ran out of wax strips, stating strips are locked in inventory room and owner don’t allow anyone to open that, They insisted reusing same dirty strips without washing which I refused , they made me wait for nearly half an hour ( having atching arms ,legs) , untill owner send someone from her family for strips approval.That girl came in such a rude and unapologetic way mentioning “strips are coming in five more mins”
Such a weird management, they exist in busy ,commercial area and staff was denied permission for purchasing new strips from nearby shops. That same girl had audacity to ask me how was exp during my departure, when I stated it was such inconvenience waiting for strips , She immediately goes” us ko chooray , larkion say koi issue to nai”. I was stunned by such toxic setup.
The girl who done my waxing was sweet, but was equally hepless
