We had a plumbing emergency just last night and were unable to contact the plumber who installed the pipework. We found EL Plumbing on a Google search and called them. The phone was answered promptly by Eraldo and he was very helpful to us. He asked us to describe the situation over the phone and send him some pictures of the leak. Eraldo was able to troubleshoot the problem remotely and within a matter of minutes the problem was fixed. We are so grateful for his help...he was available and had the knowledge to fix the issue without a callout. Thank-you Eraldo...we will definitely use you if we have any future plumbing issues.

We have called / messaged Elrado on several occasions and contacted him at all hours! We had him out to the house to fix multiple different ‘issues’. He has always offered up reason, rationale and explained the reasons for the ‘issues’; this for me is so important. Fixing toilets, taps, boilers, noises and banging pipes; he fitted all new bathroom fixtures and a radiator! He is friendly and kind and always professional. 👍🏼

Called out to investigate possible extreme water usage which turned out to be a false alarm.
He immediately instilled confidence and talked through the inspections he performed which confirmed nothing was wrong. He declined to charge us too! Super honest and reliable. Will definitely move all our other requirements to EL.

We are very happy customers. I called because I had no heating or hot water and was seen within a 2-3 hours. As soon as the gentleman entered my house he took one look at my radiator and instantly identified that the problem was a leaking valve. He fixed that, checked all the other radiators, then increased the boiler pressure. He even showed me how to adjust the pressure myself to avoid potential unnecessary emergency call outs (and extortionate expenses) in the future. Whilst he was here he was a perfect gentleman; very polite and respectful of our home (he even put on shoe covers before entering the house). We will definitely be calling El Plumbing for our annual boiler service and any other unfortunate situations!

I live in a ‘new build’ but it’s about 15years old now and everything seems to be wearing out around the same time. I found EL plumbing for my first issue and then called them for the following 2 leaks I ended up with (all in different sinks) Every time has been the same; efficient, good price, professional and friendly. Does a great job and doesn’t overcharge! I would highly recommend.

What a great service. Came to use via a recommendation for an emergency plumber as we had put a nail through central heating pipes. He came quickly, worked out a price and stuck to it. Very clean and made sure to protect footwear for our new carpets!
