Really appreciate the good work and reasonable rates. We had some issues with the city and getting access to our missing shutoff. Ryan was very helpful in getting it sorted out and getting the job of replacing our interior shutoff valve replaced. Will absolutely work with them again and highly recommend.

Incredible! We actually called Local Plumbing and Drain for a second opinion. Our kitchen sink was clogged and another plumbing company came and couldn't snake it and recommended replacing the pipe. It would be a major project for thousands of dollars and we'd have to repair lots of drywall, but we also needed our kitchen sink. Well, Ryan came and within 30 minutes had the sink unclogged. Amazing! I would 100 percent call them again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had moved into our home just two days earlier, and due to issues that were missed during the inspection, we discovered there was no hot water and that the water heater needed to be replaced. Ryan came out the same day and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Just 48 hours later he installed a new tankless hot water heater, water softener, and replaced/rerouted the old piping all in the same day. His work looks great. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure doing business with Zach - Local Plumbing and Drain Company.. Scheduling the appointment was easy and talking to a real person from the business was a plus. Zach was on time, informative, polite, and a pleasure to work with. We initially had a kitchen faucet and a toilet replaced followed by a garbage disposal. Highly recommend!

I moved out of state and had to get the sewer line replaced to sell. thay work with me and my realtor to get the job done right and on time. being out of state can be hard to get things done but thay made it easy for me i highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! We originally contacted this company earlier this year about water treatment options and the owner Zach came by without hesitation and spent hours reviewing processes, installation and providing education - all which was very needed for what we were looking for. He was so relatable and real which I feel isn’t something you find much with all the pushy sales folks. Fast forward some months later, we went ahead and pulled the trigger on getting a dual 2 in 1 whole house filter system and water softener system as well as a new main water shut off valve. Zach showed up on time and ready to work. He is easily the most friendly, patient and easy going plumber (or tradesmen I’ve ever met and my spouse is one). Additionally, he educates me on the truth and safety of how correct plumbing is done and the why behind it, which is important for me to understand. Zach’s company is a small business and he does honest work. We easily have the best all-in-one system in the neighborhood and I didn’t have to shell out $10,000 with a big name. The aftercare he provides for his products and install is next to none. We have additional plumbing plans for the future and we will absolutely be calling Local Plumbing and Drain company for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks again, Zach!!

The company was very helpful scheduling me a time quickly when I needed an immediate result for my leaking pipe.
Ryan, the plumber who came was very personable and adept at his job accurately diagnosing the root of the problem and getting it corrected in a very timely manner.
He cleaned up the work site and verified the proper functioning of the installed replacement parts. He also suggested a means to alleviate the damage done by the water leakage that had taken place prior to his repair.
Good job Ryan!
