I was very pleased with the work performed by Sister Siding. Holden kept me informed on the job status. He scheduled the work of Andrey around the schedule of the plumber. Andrey arrived according to the plan, did a quality job, in a timely manner. Andrey gave us options on the trim style and location.
There was good coordination from start to finish.

Sister Siding has been incredible from start to finish with our exterior siding project. Project estimator Lucas showed up on time, assessed and measured, and was up front with the likelihood of the project coming in higher than some local contractors. He then sat down, on site immediately, and explained the estimate with us - which came in mid-range for where we’d received estimates for the project from other contractors. He then shared the different options for paint and other upgrades that we had available - in addition, some perks to scheduling siding work over the winter. We were so impressed with the professionalism that we knew we would go with Sister Siding.
They worked with us on a date that made sense. Communication and expectations were set clear & the project manager Holden was so easy to talk to, get ahold of, and ask questions to. Dennis and the siding team on site were professional & limited their impact where they could. Additionally - their work directly with JK Paint and seamless process makes it so easy to do a siding/paint project with low stress. Bonus! They have a paint consultant that will come to your home & help you decide on colors with a massive catalog to choose from. Such a useful experience!
Overall - LOVED working with a small owner-operator business with no ties to giant contractors in the area. It’s clear this small company cares about your experience as customers & I can’t say more about positive customer service.
A few small issues:
1) We had an issue with the window trim, where after the project mostly wrapped the siding team opted to not trim two windows due to an existing vinyl trim. We specifically asked for them to be trimmed aesthetically in the contract. It was just a miscommunication. They came back & redid the work in a professional way & fixed it up immediately!
2) We had to ask them to do a second clean-up due to dust from cutting the Hardie. Also - there was trash left in the driveway after the remaining materials were picked up.
3) At the beginning, communication was a little clunky. We had set a date for project start and the morning of, I hadn’t heard from the project manager about when the team would arrive. I got ahold of him shortly after 9am, after messaging another team member. Their team got sick & he was trying to pull another team but that didn’t end up working. We pushed the start date of the project. After this though, communication with project manager was almost instantaneous & overly helpful.
4) We had an issue with the exterior light that was reinstalled improperly. They did send out an electrician as soon as I could do some troubleshooting with breakers at home. The electrician was done in literal minutes & the light works just fine now.
Summary - if there’s an issue, they fix it right away!

Great experience with full house siding project. Not the most fun thing, but our 22 year old house needed it. Our project manager was great - answered questions promptly & explained as we went along. The work crew was awesome - communicated the process with a positive attitude, even in the rain or cold. Definitely would recommend Sister Siding.

Certainly we will do business with Sister Siding again. The work they did for us exceeded our expectations. Our 102-year-old house needed siding repair. The old siding had become brittle and cracked. On a recent re-roof job the roofers had some difficulty installing step flashing under the siding. The old siding cracked as they worked. Sister Siding made it all pretty again. Work crew was pleasant and didn’t mind explaining their voodoo wisdom behind such finesse as a 47-degree vs. a 45-degree cut. They tidied the work area daily and did a thorough debris collection and disposal at the end.
This is a well-organized operation. The back office, siding work and final inspection were closely coordinated. Communication was timely and helpful. Scope of work was clearly defined. It’s always a relief to experience quality, detail-oriented work on one’s house.

Lucas came out to give us an estimate on a small siding repair and then an exterior paint project. He was able to give helpful prep information and introduced us to Lindsey the color coordinator. She gave us very helpful advice on color choices. Holden, the project manager, then kept us informed about scheduling and Dennis and crew did the work and cleanup very quickly. Handover to Lisa the painting manager was seamless and Carlos and team carefully covered heat pump and other items not to be painted. Painting and cleanup went smoothly. The work was all done professionally and we are pleased with the result.

Sister Siding replaced some worn out siding and replaced a door and window and completed some other repairs on my house. I am so pleased with the results.
The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Andrey was a good problem solver. He was able to figure out a solution to a problem without costing more. Andrey also built a small deck for me which I love. It turned out great.
My project manager Holden was professional and respectful. He kept me informed of any changes in the schedule and checked in often to see how things were going. He answered my many questions with patience.

Sister Siding repaired and replaced some areas of damaged siding on our house. Communication and scheduling was great. We had cedar siding that is no longer in full production; Sister Siding found the matching siding. They also repainted the replaced siding to perfectly match the existing color. Their attention to the installation and integration of the underlying water barrier material was very well done. I've had no issues with water intrusion over the past winter in the repaired areas. I am very satisfied with their work and I have recommended them to neighbors.

Sisters Siding was one of the best building and repair contractors I have used. (I own several houses and require reliable repair and upgrade work.) Lucas was prompt with his estimates, and responsive to my concerns and questions. His workers were reliable, showed up when promised, easy to work with, and completed the work without unnecessary delays. The work was well-done and finished in a timely fashion. So far, in about 3-4 years, I have had no problem with any of the work Sisters did for me. I will likely use them again for my next building/repair project.
