Sishodia PLLC did a phenomenal job for me. Natalia and Beatrice are absolute pros who always respond promptly and take time to explain legal issues clearly. In my case, I was involved in the sale of a New York City (NYC) townhouse that involved a 1031exchange so I needed highly skilled lawyers to oversee the sale of a Brooklyn brownstone and subsequent purchase of another like-minded property outside the city. Deadlines in a 1031 exchange are extremely tight so that any delay could have doomed the intricate and layered transactions. Complicating matters is the maze of NYC real estate laws involving properties in historic districts yet, Natalia and Beatrice were able to navigate me through a labyrinth of city, New York State (NYS) and even federal considerations. Sishodia lawyers are the team to hire in a real estate deal that requires precision. There was not a single hiccup and things could not have gone better.
