I was having a lot of issues with my PC constantly crashing whenever I tried to play Delta Force and other games. After doing some research online, I came across Sirius Power PC. After seeing their reviews and the number of people they had helped, I decided to reach out on Saturday evening. The very next day, Sunday, they gave me a call and provided remote technical support. They fixed several corrupted files, helped me update my BIOS (which was over a year out of date), and made sure everything was running properly. I was experiencing significant lagging and stuttering issues while gaming after making some upgrades to my system. While searching Google for virtual tech support, I came across Sirius Power PC and decided to check them out. I noticed they offered remote support sessions directly through their website, so I went ahead and purchased one around 11:00 PM on a Saturday. To my surprise, one of their representatives reached out almost immediately after I placed the order and scheduled a support session for the very next day. Over the course of about three hours, the technician thoroughly went through my system, verified all of my hardware and software installations, reinstalled Windows, and made sure all of my motherboard, GPU, and Windows drivers were properly installed and up to date. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Since the session, my system has been running flawlessly and all of the performance issues I was experiencing have been resolved. I’ve been working with Sirius Power PC for a while now, and they’ve been a huge help. A few months ago, I contacted them because I was having issues with OBS, and even OBS support wasn’t helping much. Sirius took the time to help me get everything working properly. More recently, I started having random crashes and black screens on my PC. I spent some time on the phone with their team and used Quick Assist so they could troubleshoot directly. To start, I've never really left any reviews before so this may get a lil lengthy. But after what had happened it seemed best to do one. After doing some research around town looking for a shop to help repair my pc, not seeing many options in town due to our location I found sirius. Seeing that they had multiple locations across the country all with amazing reviews I went with them for my help. I gave them a call from the number I saw for in town, which at first had no reply but had a call back from the owner shortly later who helped over the phone asking for things to diagnose whats wrong. After ordering a part needed for the repair and bringing it to the shop I had asked to get my cpu water cooler swapped with the one I brought in, psu cables swapped from the old 750 ones to the new 850 psu I put in to help the problems I had and finally, get windows 11 update as I was still on windows 10. I had brought the pc in to them on a friday afternoon, by tuesday I haven't heard any progress so i started 6o message. For the next several days i kept getting told that the pc should be ready for pick-up. By Saturday there was still no notice of it being ready and I had got frustrated as anybody would after more than a week on work that most would say should be at most a day or two. The employee working on it seemed to also be frustrated as well and had said something a bit rudely. I had been talking about the whole process with friends on discord, sharing my frustrations over how long its taking for the work,. After the small incident with the employee, one of my friends left a comment about what happened without me knowing at first. Due to my friends remark it had gotten the attention of the owner to look into what was going on. In short my pc was being a bit of a handful, the stores manager, If I remember correctly, had taken over the work on the pc. Both manager and owner were very professional on getting the work completed and communicated through the process the next few days getting applications installed where needed and fixed to make my pc as good as new with a few upgrades like a new case & fans, windows 11 and a drop in price to make up for the previous employee action and how long it took I appreciate deeply on what they did as they didn't need to but they went beyond expectations to help me. They are a new location in our town and hope that they succeed in our small area. I brought in my Alienware x17 R2 after spending over a week troubleshooting severe overheating, thermal throttling, freezing, and gaming performance issues. I’m talking CPU temps hitting 100°C+, constant thermal throttling, poor gaming performance, and the laptop basically turning into a portable nuclear reactor.

The team at Sirius Power PC deep cleaned the system, replaced the thermal paste, and reached out to let me know the thermal pads had worn down and needed replacement. What I appreciated most was the transparency — they communicated with me throughout the process and even showed proof of what they found instead of trying to upsell me or leave me guessing.

The difference after the repair has honestly been insane. Before, the laptop was struggling badly and thermal throttling hard. Now I’m running Forza Horizon 6 at 1440p on Extreme settings averaging ~60-70 FPS with smooth performance, dramatically lower temps, and without the fans sounding like a jet engine. The machine finally performs like an Alienware x17 R2 with a 3080 Ti should.

I attached before/after benchmark and sensor screenshots because the results speak for themselves.

Respect to these guys for doing solid work and taking care of the gamers in town. If you’re in the area and need help with a gaming PC or laptop, definitely give Sirius Power PC a shot.

My game wasn't working properly, it wouldn't even load, I drove ten hours for work and just wanted to game, but nothing was working..... Excellent service. The Technician who worked on my computer, Korey, was awesome. He would explain to me step by step what he's checking and why, which helped grow my understanding how to assess problems. I never felt like I was just waiting around for it to be finished. I walked away from this with a fixed PC and more knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back if I have future problems, or want an upgrade.
