My game wasn't working properly, it wouldn't even load, I drove ten hours for work and just wanted to game, but nothing was working..... I called these guys at 11pm at night and they jumped on a quick assist and fixed my pc within a hour, now everything is working as it should, they also showed me what updates i was missing that i didn't even know existed! Thanks man, cant wait to get my next PC from yall!

I called 4 in the morning and Steve answered the phone for the most simple question was very understanding and very cool about it, chillest dude honeslty talked too especially this early in the morning defently deserves a rase.

Excellent service. The Technician who worked on my computer, Korey, was awesome. He would explain to me step by step what he's checking and why, which helped grow my understanding how to assess problems. I never felt like I was just waiting around for it to be finished. I walked away from this with a fixed PC and more knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back if I have future problems, or want an upgrade.

I want to start off by saying how absolutely nice the guys are here. I told them what I was looking for and my price range and they made sure I got my money's worth. They keep you updated on your build and even answer questions once you have it home. I can tell they care about what they do, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their new computer.

I reached out to these guys in the evening needing a part for my new gaming PC. I spoke with a PERSON, not a machine or a call center, and that person (Devin, I believe) reached out to a local guy in the company who then went home and found me my part. They literally saved the day on the day of, and were super freaking cool while doing it. Seemed like the kind of guys I would want to have a beer and watch football with, but who I would trust in a heartbeat with thousands of dollars worth of computer technology because they know their stuff. Thanks guys.

First off, I will start off by saying that Devon is absolutely fantastic to work with, this is my first PC purchase, and he walked me through the process of what would be best for me and my budget. There was a delay which caused me to wait 2 months to receive the PC, but this was something out of their control due to delays by UPS after the plane crash and delays from other delivery services. Customer service is great and Devon walked me through where to go for all my updates for the components and how to properly run things. All in all, I am extremely content with my purchase and highly recommend anyone in the search for a PC to go here!

For two weeks I’ve been banging my head against the wall trying to get this godforsaken computer to run. 30 minutes later and 50 bucks lighter my computer finally runs. I called the people who made the parts and they told me one I have to 1. remove my GPU and replace it with a different GPU 2. I have to download Windows 11 OS and 3. I have to downgrade to windows 10 OS and only then could I plug-in the original GPU I got to finally make the goddamn system work. perfect service from these people. I would go to them every single time. I have a problem with my system that I cannot solve.
