Nikki Blazer is the best. She took so much time to walk me through all of the different services and truly cared about my budget. She went way above and beyond to find discounts for me . You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her clients . She is also a certified nurse practitioner. I highly recommend her and Sirius Day Spa.

This place has the best color line ever - It is so hard to keep my blond hair from looking brassy - I have tried so many places and Sirius nailed it! Will not go anywhere else. Got some botox too - so cool you can do it all in the same place!

It is absolutely baffling how a divorce can affect your clients as well. I've never been so thrown off by an establishment like this one. Not only did they change my membership to Lakewood Ranch location, but they also didn't give me all my money back. l asked multiple times for the owner to call me and I was given the runaround. I signed up at the UTC location years ago and because of the owners divorce they had to split the spas. I was asked which spal'd like to be at and obviously I said UTC because that's where I go. I have called so many times and nothing has been done. I have screenshots of every single time as well. The owner Karen had no right switching my membership to Lakewood Ranch. She was clearly wrong and she charged me five months of my membership without my consent and when I went to UTC to get my hair done, they said I wasn't a member and that my membership was in Lakewood Ranch all of a sudden. So that five months of membership I had to beg to get back because they couldn't switch my funds to UTC. She did end up refunding me three months, but when I asked for the other two months, I was told I can use those credits for service at the Lakewood Ranch, location.... My question is, why would I want to go to an establishment that stole my money and treated me poorly? Do you think it is fair to the employees I religiously get service from at the UTC location? I am comfortable with who I have. They know my hair they know my skin, etc. I have been there since the beginning. In reality, this is her screwup and she should be paying me all of my money back. So much for being a girls girl, huh?

We’d like to clarify that your membership was upgraded in 2023 to our Lakewood Ranch location when you began receiving Medspa services in July, allowing you to access additional discounts. In December 2024, all clients at both locations were notified via email that the businesses were no longer affiliated. During that transition, we honored membership transfers and waived any penalties.
Unfortunately, we did not hear from you until nearly six months later. At that point, we issued the maximum refund permitted by our payment processor—three months—and understand that you also pursued a chargeback.
We did our best to handle the situation fairly and with care. We appreciate your past support and wish you all the best moving forward.

I had an amazing HydraFacial at Sirius Day Spa with Barbara! It was my first HydraFacial and it works. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and really took the time to address my skin’s needs. I had some congestion on my forehead, and not only did she clear it up beautifully, but my skin continued to glow and improve in the days following the facial. The spa itself is gorgeous — super clean and relaxing with a lovely lounge that has massage chairs and yummy drinks while you wait. I can’t recommend Barbara and Sirius enough!

My hair was thinning in the front and I saw Niki adding k-tips to another customer. I then made a consultation appt and she suggested k-tips just around the front. She customized the color and the cut and they look amazing! My hair looks fuller around my face along with the placement of the highlights were perfect! Niki is truly a talented hair magician! She is also sweet, thoughtful and very kind, along with her sister Lexie who has assisted her with my hair. You will love them both!
And, she also suggested a hair topper, which would fill in my bangs and around my face if I wanted more fullness. It's just a clip in piece that looks very natural and really fills in my hair. She had some samples for me to try. Again, she customized the color and cut of it and I can now use that as additional fill in. It looks amazing and full!! Again, Niki is just so very talented, accommodating and just a wonderful person to be around.

In recent years, my hair had begun thinning and no matter what I did, the style wouldn’t hold. After seeing my friend’s gorgeous hair extensions, I immediately made an appointment with her stylist, Niki, at Sirius Day Spa in LWR. We discussed my options and decided on K- tip extensions. Niki prepared the custom color prior to my arrival and she did an awesome job. With the installation of the extensions, my hair now looks like it’s been highlighted. She did such an amazing job. My hair is so much fuller and the curls hold for days. I have been getting so many compliments, so the difference is very noticeable. I’m very happy with the results and so grateful I found Niki. Not only is she talented, but she is a very sweet and genuine human being. She works closely with her sister, Lexie, who has also assisted on occasion. They are both very experienced and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them and Sirius Day Spa.

Niki Mangus is my GIRL! I normally go see her for a color and a cut every 3 months, but last appointment, I threw her a curveball and asked her to do extensions on my super curly hair. I didn’t think anyone would be able to match my curls, but Niki and her sister, Lexi (who also works at Sirius and is incredibly talented), stayed up super late last night perming the high-quality hair to match my curl pattern. I haven’t been able to grow my hair long since I had my kiddos (dang hormones). Niki was able to help achieve a really natural look that blends well with my existing hair. The best part is that I can also straighten my hair with the extensions, so I’m not committed to only one style.
