Simply FITT = Simply Brilliant My partner pointed me in Louise’s direction from posts he’d seen on Facebook as he knew I wanted to work on my fitness after moving house. I wasn’t able to access the gym I was with as often due to the distance and availability but he showed me a post Louise made about a Body Conditioning fitness class on a Monday night and encouraged me to give it a try. Well, let’s just say I’m glad I did as I have such a good time. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Louise was welcoming and full of energy and enthusiasm and with the other woman in attendance and doing the exercises together, I didn’t feel any of the usual anxieties that can come from going to a gym. I’ve been to 3 body conditioning sessions and also done 2 online workouts at home and Louise is incredibly supportive. She really lets you know she had your best interests at heart. I’ve never had any experience with a personal trainer or done gym classes but it feel like Louise isn’t your acetate trainer just doing it for the money she really does make you feel like she’s a supportive friend who’s here to help you achieve your goals. Louise knows what she is doing and has so much knowledge to pass on and I for one able here for it! I would recommend her to any one, everyone!

Brilliant instructor Louise is a great instructor, I've been going to her Women's Warrior Workout class for the last 6 weeks and I can feel the difference in my strength. Most of all, it's a great way to end a Monday.

James and Louise have a wealth of knowledge and are simply the best at what they do. Their support and motivation is just amazing . I never leave a workout without feeling accomplished. I can’t recommend them enough !

Professional but Fun My wife introduced me to Simply FITT. I am blown away at how professional knowledgeable these guys are, it’s inspiring. I have long term injuries but they fashion a workout that is tailored to me, I feel myself getting fitter & stronger as each week passes

Having started with women’s warrior workout and absolutely loving it I started PT with James in addition and have found enjoyment for exercising probably for the first time ever. They are both such lovely people, inspirational and motivating and really get to know you and what you want to achieve, I can’t recommend them both enough and always look forward to my sessions with them both.

I have always dipped in and out of going to the gym never able to find that steady motivation and enjoyment from it until I joined Louise in the women’s warrior workouts and having enjoyed it so much I have also signed up to PT sessions with James, they are both inspirational and motivational and I enjoy every session with them and can’t recommend them enough. They have made me find enjoyment from exercising and I look forward to every session and always walk away having had a good workout.

Jen slade From joining on line circa 18-24 months ago, I can honestly say I’ve seen a huge improvement in my fitness. Weights were never my go too..just did body pump once a week and cv. However , doing class weights has made a positive impact. Louise is very motivational, clear with her instructions and sends out positive facts to help keep us all going. I’m impressed with the set up both James and Louise have . Training with them in person is brilliant. James brings a wealth of knowledge and fresh ideas . I highly recommend their services. I’ve been training at Simply FIIT and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already active, this gym creates the perfect environment to build strength, stay motivated, and feel great. The Louise and James are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about helping every member reach their personal goals. The workouts are well-structured, challenging, but totally scalable — so no matter your fitness level, you’ll be able to jump in and grow from there.

I can't recommend Simply FITT enough! Louise and James are absolutely amazing. I don't really like exercising but they make it fun with their challenges, constantly adapted to you programs and fantastic banter! I got injured last year and they have adapted my programs so I am still able to achieve my goals without compromising my recovery. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia so occasionally I am unable to do certain exercises but all I have to do is say and the exercise is adapted in such a way that I am not in pain and still manage to work the right group of muscles. I never thought lifting weights can be so fun and I have really noticed a massive increase in my upper body strength which is my main goal. THANK YOU!

I would recommend James as someone who is able to really get an understanding of what you are looking to achieve. He works with you to make sure you reach your goals and can look at meal plans, work out plans, stress management and life management. James can provide the whole package!!

Brilliant PT, the whole team at Simply FITT are fantastic, you set your goals then they will help you reach them. I felt stronger, fitter and lighter withing a few sessions.

Joining Simply Fitt was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started here in March 2019 with little confidence with the gym equipment and myself. I love coming to my PT sessions, James and the team push me to my limit which i would never had done in a gym. Thanks guys!! 😀
