I hope their boss calls me. I did have multiple things broken. Multiple things are missing. There was also multiple incidences with personal items. I had given their number to a local realtor and I told them to retract that and not recommend they showed up late. Then they wouldn't communicate when my car broke down and started entering my home without anybody there. There is a lot to this. Be very careful and do your research is what I've learned from this experience
This review is not accurate. Our crew communicated throughout, and only entered your home after you gave written permission while your car had broken down.
You were heavily intoxicated during the entire move, talking about drugs, and made communication extremely difficult. When you later claimed items were missing or broken, we reached out and you were unable to name a single item when we tried to resolve it.
Looking at the other 20 reviews you have posted, you have a track record of leaving 1 star reviews on local businesses..

Shout out to Luis and Jason who helped me out today moving some heavy large items from my garage to a storage unit. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. I even felt like I connected with them talking about our families. They did an excellent job and were very efficient in how they moved a very heavy printing press and an antique drafting table among other things. They also were willing to wrap up my king size bed in a mattress cover!

I talke with Kade at Simple Moves and made arrangements to have the company to move me on October 10, 2025 from one home in Hurricane Utah to another home in Hurricane Utaherner. I sold one house and purchased another, the losing for both houses was on October 9, 2025 so the timing was very short to get all my things moved from one house to another on the same day. The Companay sent out 3 men to accomplish the task, Devin Werner, Nathan Dendy and Kota Kinder. These three young men arrived at the scheduled time and began to load the truck. I am an older women and alone to get things moved. I have never been treated with such respect, kindness, consideration, with some humor added. They realized that I was stressed and worried about getting every thing finished in a timly manner. They made sure that I did not lift things but just gie directions. When they arrived at the new housse they walked through the house with me, asking where I thought the furniture etc. should be placed. I had about 50 boxes packed and labeled and they were all places in the correct rooms. This move was delightful, and even enjoyable! What outstanding young men you have woking for your Company, they represent you well and I will recomend your Company to others! Thank You Devin, Nathan and Kota you made a difference in the quality of my day! I wish each of you the best!
