Update i received $101 back and received a call from the owner Mohammed. While the first ride was amazing it left a bad taste for me. If you do book them ask for Uzair he is the best.
I used Simba service for pick up from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport. Uzair was amazing great driver that picked us up and made my daughter’s day special with the Birthday greet I paid for. I booked it again for hotel pick up and drop off at the airport. We had a mishap with the airline and I needed to be dropped off at a car rental about 40 min away, the driver took us there and I told him I would pay extra and apologized. Upon arrival at the car rental they cancelled our car and we drove back. I asked how much extra it would be and was told $80 in the text message. Upon arrival at the airport we gave the driver $100 cash as he didn’t want to use a card or any other form of payment unless it’s cash. He said no to $100 he demanded $200 said his boss told him for inconvenience. I walked into the airport and didn’t have time to see what happened. My husband walked into and said wow he just asked for $200 and said he wouldn’t open the trunk unless we gave him $200. So I did. I reached out to Uzair and he said that was not what he was told and will send me the money back that I am still waiting on. Mind you I paid over $180 for the trip with taxes and fees plus the $200 cash. Very unprofessional from the driver. Very disappointing.

Simba Luxury is the best, most reliable car service. I had a job where I had to travel to a different state weekly, and I’m so grateful I found Simba Luxury. My driver Mohammed was always reliable and professional for every ride I took back and forth from the airport. Getting picked up from the airport was also so much easier than calling an uber. He was always ready at the terminal when I landed, and it was easy to find his car. The car was always clean and very spacious. If you are ever traveling for work or for personal trips, and you want a driver you can count on, then Simba Luxury is the way to go. I would definitely recommend using their services for your travels with the holidays coming up!

We used this car service from LGA to our hotel and hotel back to airport. Our flight to New York ended up being a six hour delay. I received multiple communications during the delay that Simba luxury was tracking my flight/delay and would make sure to be there when we did land. And they were right there when we landed! Both drivers were had were very professional and personable. Will absolutely use them on our next trip and highly recommend!

I booked simba thru theur website and upon arriving chauffeur was waiting right by baggage claim to receive us. Clean car, fiji water, coconut water.
