After getting several quotes from painters across the city, we were really happy with the price and communication we received from Silver Hawk. And now that Yousef and his team have come and gone (in just 3 days of work), we’re ecstatic with the results! Yousef kept me updated with texts, photos, and videos throughout. Great attention to detail, and he happily helped with all our last minute requests along the way. Every room is so well done! The home actually feels like it’s ours now. Thank you Silver Hawk team!

Yousef and team worked quickly and tirelessly over the weekend to paint my 3 story townhouse ahead of putting it up for sale. Given 3 days notice Yousef pulled together a team and worked 12 hour days to get it ready for pictures and listing, allowing me to make our deadlines and avoid delaying getting on the market. I couldn't recommend Silver Hawk Painting enough! Yousef and his team did an absolutely beautiful job painting our entire house. Very competitive and fair prices, very responsive, professional, and kind. I had a lot of questions prior to finalizing the quote (different version of the quote based on whether we want to paint baseboards or not, etc) and Yousef was very patient with providing the different quotes and price differences. He was also upfront about any potential additional costs (since we were going from a dark to light colour and would have potentially needed an extra coat) so there were no surprises for us in the end. They painted our walls after our new floors were put in, and very meticulously covered everything (floors/railings) to ensure paint didn't get on anything. Yousef sent us photo updates as work was being done, incredible communication the entire way through. Great experience all around, and would refer to anyone needing painting services - they really went above and beyond!

In regards to the price increase (an additional cost of $500 for a second coat on the two bedroom and main area ceilings and baseboard ), this was mainly due to the fact that all the existing ceiling and baseboards were not the typical white colour and the initial cost estimate was based on the provided plans and pictures.
