I’m not very fond of going to the dentist as I’ve had many unpleasant experiences in the past. I’ve been searching for a new dentist since we moved to the area and Silver Forest Dental was recommended numerous times to me. Based on the recommendations and experiences I’ve heard about them, I knew I had to go there. The recommendations were not wrong! As soon as I walked in the door the front staff were very friendly and welcoming. My whole exam/ cleaning was amazing! Dr. Petrie was very thorough, kind, caring, and took his time answering my questions! My hygienist was the sweetest and made me feel so calm and relaxed! I highly recommend this place and now my daughter and mom will be coming here as well.

The staff are so friendly and supportive. From the first time I walked in to making my second appointment I felt like I made a really good decision in choosing Silver Forest Dental. Dr.Petrie and his dental assistant, Jeremey were wonderful to work with. They stopped throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. The ladies in the front office knew clients by name as they walked in for their appointment. All around great atmosphere. Happy I have finally found a great family dentist office.

I am in the process of spending just under $11,000. $10,000 of that is for the oral surgeon to remove my top teeth so I can get new top teeth. yes, it is a lot of money. I am planning to put it on my credit card and pay it off monthly for the next 18 months. the most important thing for me is the communication between myself and the doctor. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Maples and the entirety of his staff. I was referred to this office by my parents who had nothing but positive things to say - and I must admit, they were exactly correct! I’m one that frustratingly deals with some white coat hypertension in medical settings - and Dr. Maples coordinated some care with my PC - and my anxiety has been minimized greatly. A crown and some fillings have been done professionally, economically, and every step explained along the way! Thank you Dr. Maples and crew - I’ve found my Dentist - and I couldn’t be happier!

Came in as a new patient for the advertised $99 special (exam + cleaning). After a bunch of x-rays, photos, and probing, they said they couldn’t do a regular cleaning and insisted on a much deeper/scaling procedure costing over 2.5× more. I declined and asked for the basic cleaning I came for—they refused to do it and still charged the full $99 even though no cleaning was performed. I’ve had consistent excellent check-ups in Germany and Australia (most recent one 5 months ago, everything perfect). This felt like a clear upsell attempt rather than patient-centered care. Disappointing experience—would not recommend or return.
