Anthony Martin did an amazing job on my refreshing my kitchen cabinets. Before we bought the house, someone had painted them and it was an awful job. Anthony really had to work with these cabinets in order to get a professional look that he strives for, he put extra work in time and getting this accomplished. We are now proud of our kitchen. We had a top- ten experience with Signature Cabinet Painting. Anthony Martin made our 15 year old custom cabinets look better than new. It was an absolute pleasure having Anthony work in our home, he is meticulous in his work and congenial in his demeanor. In completing our project, nothing was more important than a perfect job, even after we changed the original parameters. More contractors should aspire to his quality work.

Anthony Martin recently finished painting our home-made wooden cabinets. I could not be happier with the process and the end result.
Anthony took the time to speak with us about all the possibilities before he decided on changes we wished to make. He explained when his process would take place (since we replaced the counter and backsplash too) and worked with us to make sure that the space was accessible for both of us.

Anthony Martin of Signature Cabinet Painting recently painted my kitchen cabinets, and I am pleased to provide this very positive review. The cabinets were originally a dark wood, at least 30+ years old, and had many small scratches and dings. The hinges, which showed, were tarnished and old and many of the drawer glides stuck and squeaked. In short, this much-loved and hard-working kitchen was in need of a remodel. I wanted to find a painter (there are many “painters” out there) with experience and knowledge, someone who would do the necessary prep, use quality paint, and produce a smooth and strong finish that could hold up to regular use. Enter craftsman Anthony Martin. Now that the job is finished, all I can say is wow, wow, and WOW! His work surpassed all my expectations.
Here are some details about the meticulous care he takes to provide a quality finished product:
1. Before Anthony even began, we had many discussions about paint color, paint quality, hardware, etc. Ultimately, he recommended and installed invisible self-close hinges and drawer glides and he provided recommendations on modern pull handles.
2. He recommended additional trim which modernized and framed up my old kitchen beautifully, giving it the most handsome finished look.
3. He uses the highest quality Sherwin Williams cabinet paint which can be mixed to any color you choose. Mine is a specific Benjamin Moore color which formula he had mixed at Sherwin Williams.
4. Anthony’s prep work and attention to detail is incredible. This guy is NOT in a hurry. He is a meticulous craftsman with a fine eye and careful attention to detail.
5. He uses several thin coats of paint, and his finished product is glass-like, strong (like an oil paint), and looks like new cabinetry.
6. He caulks every join, repairs every nick, smooths every surface. Gaps and dings you didn’t even know you had disappear.
7. Once he begins your kitchen, he stays with your job until it is complete. He doesn’t drift in and out (like other contractors), juggling multiple jobs at once. He focuses on your kitchen and gets it done.
8. He is very dedicated to pleasing the homeowner. In terms of trim, that meant trying one thing and then another, even painting a couple unnecessary pieces. None of this caused his price to increase.
9. The price he quotes you is the price you pay, and except for the initial deposit, you pay this at the end when he has finished. There is no request for interim payment or surprise increased add-ons at the end.
In short, my experience with Anthony Martin and Signature Cabinet Painting has been entirely positive. I am thrilled with my finished kitchen and have already recommended Anthony to family and friends. If you want a craftsman to paint, trim, re-do your kitchen, Anthony Martin is the guy.

Anthony offered on multiple occasions to grab me lunch, or if I otherwise needed anything when he was out on his own breaks. It wouldn't be something required of a contractor, nor something you would want to ask yourself, but it meant a lot knowing he cared enough to make these kind gestures, and I think it makes a strong case for just how personable he is. He even showed up with treats for our pets on multiple occasions!

I was skeptical that my cabinets could be “refinished”. But Anthony hit it out of the park!!! He turned my 54 year old cabinets into beauties!! I can’t recommend him enough!
I hired Signature Cabinets to give my 60 year old kitchen a facelift and they exceeded my expectations!! I found them competitive, professional, honest and committed to satisfying me as a customer. They transformed my kitchen into a show place in my house. With all of the horror stories you hear about with contractors I feel extremely fortunate that I selected them for my job. My husband and I wanted to update our kitchen of 30 years. However the original cabinets were of good quality materials and still looked good with some wear around the knobs and a pickled finish that was definitely dated. After internet research on the topic, we decided to talk to a professional about the process. Anthony Martin was the painter who did the work (at the time he worked for another company and has since started his own company, Signature Cabinet Painting LLC). He did an amazing job on the cabinets. The work he did went beyond just painting; caulking and sealing around windows, doors, trim. He also painted the trim to coordinate with the cabinets and room color. We could not have been more pleased with the finished room. He was very professional in every respect. We highly recommend Signature Cabinet Painting. In fact, we have already contracted Anthony for additional work.
