I love my suite at Signa Suites. It’s very comfortable, quiet, and always clean. The environment is very nice & welcoming. I’ve never had issues while being here. Management is amazing. I love being a tenant here!!!!!!

I run my business at Signa Suites and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The building is quiet, clean and everyone is so nice and respectful. Management is amazing with responding to messages and solving issues. Every time I get to work I feel like I’m back in Europe, because of the high end finish of the suites.

When I needed a new office for my law firm, my former landlord recommended me to Park Avenue Suites, which are affiliated with SignaSuites. With relatively short notice, the owner made an appointment with me to show me available spaces. I chose a very small suite that is perfect for my needs. The monthly rental is very affordable, and the suite comes with useful amenities, including, but not limited to, the use of a conference room suitable for meetings with potential clients, existing clients, and other attorneys. I am very happy that my law firm is situated in 188D Park Avenue, Amityville, New York, which is close to the heart of the Incorporated Village of Amityville.

Perfect Location. Clean, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities! I've been at 166 Broadway since 2022 and love my private office and our shared spaces. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and amenities nearby, which adds to the overall convenience. Five stars without a doubt!

Starting my new business was so stressful but finding an office space was made so easy by Chris at signa Suites. He answered all my questions and was accommodating to my needs for my business. Everyone here is so nice. I had issues moving in with some furniture and Paul helped me along the way as well as Chris. They went above and beyond. My patients often comment on how well the building is maintained and that it always smells clean and fresh.
