First eye test in years after registering after moving across the country - all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Wonderful shop and environment, cannot recommend enough. They went out of their way to find frames that weren't out on the floor to help me find something I was happy with and made sure everything was perfect for me. Easily the best experience I've ever had with an opticians.

I had a problem with the service I received from this company, however they contacted me after I left a negative review and all is now resolved, it’s a pity it was not dealt with when I first raised my issues at their premises. I understand the management were not informed of the issues after my original complaint, anyway all ok now .

Thank you Sightcare for such a lovely experience. From the Optician to the lovely lady who helped me choose my glasses , everyone was so kind, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. They even included my young son in the experience showing him the images of my eyes and some of the equipment etc.

Forgot to put a review on at the time, but I went to Sight Care for the first time a couple of months ago. First thing was how at ease I felt. All of the staff are very friendly as well as helpful. I have a complicated prescription but after a sight test I have new glasses and monthly disposable lenses. They're both excellent, I'm very happy with both. I'd definitely recommend if your looking for a new opticians.

The staff at Sight Care go above and beyond to ensure top customer service at all times. They helped me find an appointment time that suited my working hours, were extremely patient with both my children during the appointments and helped me by explaining in detail all information I needed about mine and my sons eyes. They offered great advise re glasses & lense options and even made me a cup of coffee before my appointment started. Cant fault the amazing service and glasses choices.
