We have just completed our second build with Sienna Homes and highly recommend them. All staff members have been very easy to work with from signing Contracts and then throughout the building process. They are prompt to respond with any enquiries you may have, very friendly and courteous at all times. This second build saw the introduction of fortnightly emails from our Supervisor to advise of what works have been done in the past fortnight and what is coming up - great communication and always a phone call away from any queries you may have. The whole process for both builds was smooth and the quality of the build was exactly as expected and quoted. Thanks Sienna Homes.

We got our 3 bed townhouse in Clyde north,completed recently by Sienna Homes. We are very Happy with the house. During the build our site supervisor kept us uprated on each stage. Untill the hand over he kept his service in the same level. We are very thankful to him. From the first step to the completion,The lady at the display home and the Office staff had been very professional and prompt. I Thank Sienna sincerely and wish them best in all future projects.

I signed the contract with Sienna Homes for construction of our townhouse on Locanda Walk, Clyde North, Victoria. Sienna Homes managed the townhouse construction based on building plans and schedules they drew up very professionally without a single hiccup, providing timely updates on construction progress until completion and handover. I am extremely pleased with my experience. Staff I had to deal with were very professional and courteous throughout. Thank you for a job so well done.

Another big thanks to Sienna Homes for their excellent customer service. I had an issue with a squeeky soft close cabinet door which I have neglected to address for the past 2 and a half years and upon contacting Sienna Homes it was rectified free of charge by the original cabinet makers within 48 hours of raising the issue to them even though the product was no longer covered under warranty. Big thanks to Topwood Cabinet Makers on their excellent workmanship and customer service. Whilst I am here I may as well give a 2 and a half year ownership review of my Sienna Homes townhouse. Overall the build quality is very good, brickwork, tiles and paint have great attention to detail. All appliances have been without issue as well as all of the electrical and plumbing work. No problems with any windows, doors or locking mechanisms. No leaking or roofing issues. Their customer service both during the build process as well as their after sales support has been excellent. I highly recommend Sienna Homes.

I recently moved in to my new Townhouse. As this was my first time building I have to say I could not be happier with the result. Thankfully there no delays, and the communication throughout the build was too notch. I could not be happier with the communication between my project coordinator as well as my new construction manager. Both were happy to assist with my emails and always took the time to assist with all my questions. Even after the settlement both have been helpful with further questions. Overall I am very happy with my new build with Sienna Homes and could not recommend enough.

I recently completed my home build with Sienna Homes, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. There were no delays, and communication at each stage was clear, timely, and informative. My Project Coordinator, and she was fantastic from start to finish — always responsive, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She consistently took the time to answer all my emails and questions. My new Construction Manager, joined toward the end of my build, and I only wish he had been involved from the beginning. He ensured everything stayed on schedule, was easy to contact, and always went above and beyond to assist. Even after completion, he’s continued to be helpful with any post-settlement queries. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience with Sienna Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone considering building.

Sienna hones has been absolutely an amazing and easy experience as l have previously built with other builders 3 times...l had noticed this as from day dot when Jackie helped me on my way to a new home and basically promised not to worry about anything .....ok l will and wait see.....since then I noticed something different from other companies that stood out.....on this build my site supervisor was Siso....l noticed that all the different trades throughout the build always happy and it just felt like a very positive environment to be in as I am an electrician the easiest of the trades lol...I last month mentioned to Siso the respect level you have from your tradies shows in the workmanship and in the build and whatever your doing don't change nothing....
