Mr. Siegel saved my life. I was in a dark dark place. I had no place to turn. My own siblings prey on me. I honestly didn’t think that I would have survived if it weren’t for him. I was going to die alone. I owe him my life. I need to catch back up on everything and make a better version of myself. Just 6 months gave me 1 and a half years of trauma that required severe therapy and is still ongoing but I’m finally beginning to see the light and I want to do anything and everything to prevent myself from going back into that darkness; that abyss anymore. Those places aren’t for just anyone. I’ve been told by thousands, literally thousands of people that I don’t “belong there.” They’re 90% for absolute maniacs and repeat offenders who are used to that lifestyle, people who have lost their minds and keep destroying their lives. No one understands the pain, the pressure, the gratitude that I have for this man. I can’t even explain it myself. He saved me. Whenever I’m distraught, he makes me feel better and brings my heart to ease. I’m not gaslighting his skills but he’s a great attorney. My case is still ongoing but the review will change once my case is over. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Their firm works hard to do what’s right and they save lives. I cannot thank you enough. I cannot express enough gratitude to Jon for his professonal, experienced as well as his caring handling of our case. The best outcome that could be fairly expected was attained thanks to Jon's legal expertise. From the first conversation through to the end, Jon was there, advising from his realistic perspective which in itself was comforting. Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Unprofessional, Rude, and Lacking Basic Attorney Ethics I reached out to SIMS for legal help after enduring a traumatic and violent incident involving the MTA and a false prosecution by the NYPD. I expected professional guidance. What I got instead was arrogance, dismissal, and outright disrespect. The attorney I spoke with was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He told me I “had nothing,” that I was wasting his time, and even bragged about waking up to $2 million from a recent case — as if that somehow excused his behavior. He made no effort to listen to the facts or show the slightest empathy. From the start, he made it clear he had no interest in helping. He boasted that he “knows how the city works,” using that as a reason to shut me down completely — without any consideration or due diligence. This is not how any ethical attorney should treat someone seeking help. If you're looking for a lawyer who will actually take your case seriously and treat you with respect, look elsewhere. SIMS is absolutely not the one.
