This was my first treatment with Alisha. I’d been having trouble with shoulder and it was recommended I booked an appointment by a friend at the gym. I’ve had lots of massages before but this was completely different, Alisha listened to my concerns and tailored the massage specifically. It was very thorough and even after just the one treatment l can feel the difference, I have already booked in for my next session. A fantastic experience and well worth the money. Alisha takes time to understand what you want and need from a massage. She explains what she will do before beginning which is really helpful. The massage was amazing and Alisha really focused on my problem areas. The equipment was very clean and the room was very relaxing. I had my second visit to Alisha today. I had my first neck, back and shoulder massage around 6 weeks ago and had to book another. Alisha is very lovely and made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped in the front door. I, again, left feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. I've made a 3rd booking in another 6 weeks and my wife will be having her first experience tomorrow. I cannot recommend Alisha highly enough! 🧘‍♂️
