We talked through my medical history and concerns before she began the treatment. Alisha is a very knowledgeable professional lady who genuinely cares about her clients. I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The therapist Alisha was incredibly professional and created such a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Nerve damage so we discussed the areas I needed pain relief in. Alisha was able to pinpoint the exact problem areas straight away. Alisha started with cupping therapy to release built-up pressure and tension, then she did deep tissue massage to work on my back, shoulders, and hips, and quickly realised the fascia was extremely tight in those areas. The massage work Alisha did in those areas brought huge relief and noticeably improved my movement and tension levels. I’ve honestly had better results with Alisha than with any physio treatment I’ve ever received. The level of care, attention, and knowledge was exceptional. On top of that, Alisha is so friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in helping me feel better. I left feeling lighter, relieved, and completely looked after. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with tension, pain, or stress.

Well exceeded my expectations. I’ve never had any sort of massage like that in all my life. From start to finish Alisha was absolutely superb. You can instantly tell how experienced and knowledgeable she is, she made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so well throughout. She is very intuitive in knowing exactly where there is tension and used different techniques such as massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, head massage and reiki to completely relax my muscles, release stress and regulate the nervous system.
