I contacted Senior Home Solutions to have a ramp installed at my home for my mother. We have about six steps leading up to our porch, and a few weeks ago she began having difficulty walking. At first, we got her a wheelchair to help with appointments, but she was still able to manage the steps with a little extra time and effort.
Unfortunately, that changed quickly, and I realized we were going to need a ramp sooner rather than later. When I contacted Senior Home Solutions, one of the first questions they asked was whether my mother had any upcoming appointments. The answer was definitely yes, and I was worried it might take several weeks to get on their schedule.
As soon as they learned about her situation, they expedited the process. They were at my home on a Thursday to evaluate the situation, take measurements, and determine the best placement for the ramp. Then they were back the following Monday installing it. They understood that this was something that needed to be done quickly, and they made it happen. What impressed me even more is that we’re approximately three to four hours away from their location.
The ramp has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. It has made getting my mother in and out of the house so much easier and has taken away a tremendous amount of stress.
I would recommend Senior Home Solutions without hesitation. Their compassion, responsiveness, and professionalism were outstanding. 10 out of 10.
