I had excellent service from SHS when I needed a new pump fitted earlier this week. The chap who came, (?Chris) quickly diagnosed the problem and came back two days later and swiftly fitted the new one. There was no mess and he was very pleasant and efficient throughout the entire process.
I contacted SHS after my boiler stopped working. The response i had was immediate contact from Keelia who reassured me an engineer would visit when available which was the next working day. Chris inspected the boiler and temporarily repaired it so I wasnt without heating or hotwater before it could be permanently fixed. The part was available along with an engineer the following day. Chris was prompt, efficient, polite and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thankyou SHS!
We recently had our boiler and hot water cylinder replaced over the course of 2 days. Steve worked diligently and professionally to ensure the agreed time period was met. He took away all the old equipment, commissioned the system
and cleaned up afterwards. We were extremely impressed with the quality of his work and would have no hesitation in recommending SHS Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
Our boiler needed significant repairs to the burner section. This took two visits but in each case the work was completed in good time and to the highest standards. Now all is complete and many more years of trouble free use is expected. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of parts and time required.
An absolutely great service Steve worked really hard for the two days he was here putting a new boiler in for me. Pleasant manner solid worker no leaving early. Explained what he was going to do and how to use the new boiler. Cleaned up after himself on both days. Good price paid..worth every penny and guaranteed for 5 years.Would not hesitate to recommend him.
Steve did a great job, we had a new boiler fitted & 4 new radiators. Very knowledgable & polite.
Would highly recommend, will be coming back in the future.

I've used many plumbers/heating engineers in Medway but this company is the only one I would actually recommend. They reply back to emails, transparent with their pricing, fairly priced and work to a high standard.

We were recommended The Heating Network by a family member. Steve has been out several times to service our boiler, install a shower pump and troubleshoot/resolve issues with the radiators. All issues are resolved quickly with a detailed explanation to the issue. Steve has always been on time, polite and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a friendly and professional plumber.

They serviced my boiler and installed new radiators and a new sink. The radiators, pipe work and sink all look really good. They were friendly, professional and tidy at all times.
