Have stayed twice now and both stays were fantastic. Have tried both the Dome and the Lodge and can't decide from the two which is my favourite as they both very different but both unique in their own ways. The great thing about this site is that the four different sets of accommodation are not on top of each other unlike many other glamping sites. The host was very welcoming and very helpful during my stay. The 20 acres of fields and small wooded area by the stream offer plenty of chance for a little stroll and you certainly feel well away from it all even though the location is well placed to explore Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Chester etc.

October 2025 Stayed in the summer house for a few days and it was absolutely perfect. Cannot fault it. The most tranquil and relaxing holiday, a perfect ‘get away from it all’. The summer house is very well equipped with a comfy sofa and lovely bed. Centrally heated so very cosy throughout. Bob and Lisa are the perfect hosts, very friendly. We didn’t venture out much, basically hibernated 😂 but it was just what we both needed. Definitely recommend and definitely be back again. 😊

We stayed here for two nights and it was one of the best unique glamping experiences we've had. I stayed with my 7 year old and 2 year old in the Summer House and my friend and her 2 children stayed in the Geo Dome. The views over the lake from both were breathtaking. The woodfired hot tub was amazing and always nice and warm. We used the pizza oven (Bob kindly lit this and then proceeded to assist with the cooking!) and the BBQ also which were great. Both accommodations were really well equipped with excellent cooking facilities. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. Everything was clean and really well presented. For our whole stay, Bob was super friendly and attentive and helped with anything we needed. He really went above and beyond and has clearly put a lot of effort and time in to making the place special. He kindly let the children play with his three beautiful dogs. We met Jane, the really lovely dog walker who allowed my 2 year old to walk Stanley which made her day. We also met Lisa, who was really kind and friendly. My friend booked via Lisa who she spoke to on the phone. Lisa made things so easy for my friend to book and provided loads of useful information. All the kids had the best time and were very sad to leave. We'll definitely visit again.

We booked this weekend away last minute and Bob was very accommodating. The cabin was secluded and very thoughtfully equipped. Our favourites were the hot tub and the BBQ- and of course trying to spot the animal from our deck. We have recommended to our friends who are now looking into booking in for a couple nights. Really enjoyable stay here in the summer house. Lovely clean accommodation in a beautiful setting with view over the lake. There were four of us (two adults & two children) staying in the summerhouse, with it being very well equipped and having a lovely overhanging deck on the lake. The highlight for us was the wood fired hot tub. It was always lovely and warm, and was just so enjoyable to be able to get in and out as you pleased. Being able to sit around a fire pit in the evenings toasting marshmallows was a bonus too! There was always enough wood on hand to keep the hot tub and fire pit going. The surrounding area is really very peaceful, we have never had such a relaxing weekend. Bob who owns the business is always on site, and always around should you need him. Lovely and very friendly guy who only wants the best for his business and his guests. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Amazing couple of days away! Stayed in the Kingfisher which comfortably slept two adults, two young kids and a dog. Very clean, very cozy and set in nice grounds next to a lake, with great places to walk and visit on your doorstep. Will definitely visit again. Many thanks.

Beautiful place. The cabin was perfect. We suprised my sister for her 30th and Bob was amazing, allowed us to hide our car and helped us keep it a suprise. Such a lovely host, who made sure our fire for the hot tub was kept in for us in the morning and when we went out for the day. Lisa was so helpful and gave us so many recommendations of where to go and what to see near by. No signal or wifi but was nice to have a break from our phones. Dog friendly which is amazing, our dog nala loved it. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked this weekend away last minute due to an unexpected family bereavement and we wanted to get away to somewhere quiet where we could disconnect. Shropshire Glamping couldn’t have been a better fit for us. Excellent communication, lots of privacy, the owners are very personable and friendly. There is lots of land to explore and lots to do in the area with shops close by but far enough to feel very rural. Very good all round experience and the Kingfisher Pod was beautiful and cosy. Thank you so much Bob and Lisa. We will be back if you’ll have us ❤️

Perfect quiet getaway! We stayed in the summer house which is beautiful, clean and spacious. Gorgeous views with wildlife all around you. Bob the owner was incredibly helpful and friendly and even let us have a look around the whole site! (We were the only booking at the time) We will definitely be returning, and hopefully with enough friends to book the whole site!

Wow - what a hidden gem for a quiet getaway! My partner and I stayed last weekend and could not fault a thing. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed. So peaceful, and the hot tub was a bonus! Bob and his dogs were a real treat to see each day, and he was kind enough to light the fire whilst we were out. We’ll definitely be back! We had no WiFi or signal but didn’t mind one bit - although heads up for people who would mind.

Our second visit to the Lake House was just as lovely as the first. The hosts are such warm and friendly hosts. We loved every minute surrounded by nature, and the house was really comfy. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying at this glamp site. Was greeted by Bob the owner who helped me on arrival with my bags etc…. Inside the Dome, it is very clean and stylish, much bigger than I imaged it to be. When I stayed it was really warm, it had 2 great big fans inside which I was really thankful for. The bed was really comfortable, it felt like a memory foam mattress, I struggle with chronic back pain and I slept really well, it moulded to my body and felt really nice. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances that you would need, there wasn’t anything the owners hadn’t thought of. There is also lots of chopped wood for the fire pit outside which I think is a really nice touch. Usually other sites charge for this and it can be quite expensive but here at Shropshire glamping it is included in the price which I was very thankful for. I would highly recommend this site and will definitely be coming back again

Highly recommend staying at this glamp site. Was greeted by Bob the owner who helped me on arrival with my bags etc….
Inside the Dome, it is very clean and stylish, much bigger than I imaged it to be. When I stayed it was really warm, it had 2 great big fans inside which I was really thankful for. The bed was really comfortable, it felt like a memory foam mattress, I struggle with chronic back pain and I slept really well, it moulded to my body and felt really nice.
Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances that you would need, there wasn’t anything the owners hadn’t thought of. There is also lots of chopped wood for the fire pit outside which I think is a really nice touch. Usually other sites charge for this and it can be quite expensive but here at Shropshire glamping it is included in the price which I was very thankful for. I would highly recommend this site and will definitely be coming back again

Fantastic place. We had a lovely family weekend in the summerhouse on the lake. Beautiful accommodation with bbq and hot tub. Such a joy to wake up and look straight out into the lake. Lisa and Bob couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend.
