I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and struggled to walk. Fortunately, I discovered Shriyog Medical Yoga Center, where Shrawan Sir provided excellent guidance. If you have any kind of joint pain issue simply come here without a second thought. It's a non medicinal and non invasive method of totally relieving or atleast alleviating the pain to a very good extent. Shravan Sir and team is taking a proper methodological approach, very good effort and care to deliver the results.
