I went in because every night till into the morning, my foot felt like it was going to crack. And after wearing the orthotic for one day no more pain. Incredible!

My experience was excellent. Thah, the sales associate, explained the entire system and process. I highly recommend this arch support system who are having feet, hip, back and other aches and pains.

Gill was my salesperson. He demonstrated a full knowledge of the store's foot therapy program. He patiently brought me through all the process of installing the foot inserts and walking with me as I be accustomed to using them. Walked into the store without appointment as I was at my wits end on knee and hip pain. I was greeted by Gilbert, he took me through the process and helped identify the areas that are causing the pain and what we could do to resolve. All of my questions were answered and a plan was provided with all my new "gear". So far the process is working and the pain has diminished and I am happy to say it was worth the time spent!

Store manager helped me with my pain in my foot. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this Store. Had some pain relief right away.

Visiting The Good Feet store was prompted by the tv ads and reviewing the website. I've been experiencing some pain in my feet and had orthotics before but they were very uncomfortable and did not seem to help.
My visit to Good Feet was extremely informative. By the end of the process I.did select a set of orthotics. In a few short days I have noticed a difference in how I walk and how my feet feel.
I am anxious to get through the initial few weeks as I get use to the product. While the program may seem expensive, if the experience lives up yo the hype, it definitely will be worth every cent.

Gil was very helpful.
He assessed my situation and then demonstrated and recommended multiple products and their applications throughout the visit.
We came to conclusions based on the conversation and I left with enough knowledge to begin the process to ease my arthritis pain.
It is good to know that either he or someone at the store will be available for additional help if needed.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I had made an appointment and was attended to pretty much on time. The assessment and recommendations for the inserts were on point. I do think that your staff should be more transparent regarding the pricing. It was not until the end of my visit that I had any idea about the actual cost, and I had done my research. Although I was able to still purchase the inserts recommended, the total cost was about 3x more than any of the information I found prior to my appointment.
It is day two with my new inserts and so far, so good with the product.
