There are many good things about this gym but these positives have an equal amount of downsides. This gym has 24/7 access for the most part. The reason I say this is because you might come in and get what you expect, a gym membership you paid for. However, you might roll in on a Friday afternoon and half the gym is torn apart with equipment just completely gone. So much for consistency, right? A core principle powerlifting, bodybuilding and fitness in general build on, and the gym equipment just straight missing doesn’t back that up.
There are some unique pieces of equipment that, when are actually existing in the gym, are really awesome. But on the flip side, there is a few that really need some TLC and attention. Ripped and torn pads, screws and placement pins missing or damaged.
Another huge thing is the gym population that come here. I don’t expect perfection but to be so far from it is ridiculous. People tend to be rude and can’t conform to simple societal things like managing how to park a vehicle correctly in the lot, putting weights back in their spots, or having any sense of common courtesy.
For some context the picture attached has a bunch of chairs where all their leg equipment used to be. Again this is a Friday afternoon right before most people get off work. So it is spitting in the face of the Monday through Friday 9-5 working people. Likely this portion of members won’t be able to work out properly Friday evening, Saturday and into Sunday most likely depending on how long they decide to keep the gym like this. So much for building a strong community. More like catering to a small group.
Update:
After leaving my original review (which included both positives and negatives), the owner texted me that my membership was canceled and my payment refunded because of my feedback. I’ve attached the screenshots for transparency. Customers should be aware that leaving an honest review here may result in losing your membership.

Hey Matthew,
I just want to address your concerns in bullet point fashion:
*We sent an email subject header: "SHOWCASE IS CLOSED SATURDAY 9/6 FROM 5AM - 3PM. PLEASE OPEN/READ." on 8/31 and your email WAS included as I just confirmed in my system. See the following: "We will be holding a powerlifting event on 9/6/25 (Saturday). Therefore, the gym will not be available to utilize from 5am - 3pm.
On Friday, 9/5/25 we will be moving some equipment out of the gym and re-arranging to set up as well. Therefore, some things may be missing and be out of place beginning on Friday.
Thank you for your understanding!"
*As for consistency, this our third event this year. Therefore, since April 19th - the gym was rearranged for a total of 5 days without factoring in the "half days". A big part of our gym is to hold events for newer powerlifters and our youth as they don't want to jump into our other big meets (held elsewhere) as these are introductory meets. This is the reason why we decided to start holding a small amount of them at our location this year.
*Thank you for complimenting some of our unique pieces of equipment. All of our equipment is hand picked and as you probably realize - a lot of them are "old school" pieces that are very rare and hard to find. With them being aged, some do need some "TLC". I have about $3,000 in upholstery receipts in the last six months with our preacher curl being the only part left. As for the Flex leg extension (very hard to acquire) - I am aware of that bolt and I will admit I forgot about it when I placed my last order replacing the pin on the Strive Laying Leg Extension (another great piece).
*As for the gym population, I have never been to a gym where I thought all patrons were great people nor all re-racked their weights (which is a pet peeve of mine as well).
*As for parking a vehicle correctly in the lot, I am sure you're referring to me. I consistently park in the striped parking spots in front of the bay doors that are not for customer parking - so I take those spots and the customers can park where they are supposed to.
*As for the photo - yes, that is our set up for our event tomorrow. It is called the Fall Frenzy ($10 spectator fee) and we will be done and set back up by 3pm at the latest. The leg equipment missing will be right back there (Pendulum Hip Press, Cybex 45 Degree Leg Press, Booty Builder v2, Glute Builder Back Raise, Both Strive Leg Curls, Flex Leg Extension, and the Atlantis Glute Kickback - if anybody reading is interested in what we have!). It is currently 6pm and the gym currently has 21 members training in our gym. Since this is a smaller event as opposed to our large June meet where ALL the equipment was gone when you arrived Saturday afternoon. Thankfully, people can still train today.
*As for "so much for building a strong community. More like catering to a small group", I would like to invite you to our event to see what it is all about. Where else will you see a sporting event with 10 year old children trying something new for the first time along with 79 year old men deadlifting nearly 400 pounds after multiple surgeries with all time world record holding powerlifters supporting and making sure they are safe on the platform? In terms of catering to a small group, anybody that has seen our website (where you go to sign up) as well as our social media - there are no surprises of what we do here a few times per year.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
*To reply to your edit w/ the screenshot, thanks for showing that text! I will be transparent and state that if someone is unhappy here and will continue to be, I do not want them paying to be here as we are clearly not a good fit. This situation is a positive as people will see my replies to your concerns and see how things are here. I believe it will help our business! I see by both of your profiles - leaving 1 star reviews to companies is one of your hobbies. I am glad we could help with that!

“24/7” let’s also mention the ignorant members who park diagonally in spaces, park in no parking areas, fail to rerack their weight (6 plates per side on some machines, guess they are too good for this), use the gym like a personal home gym working out with their shirts off rubbing their sweaty bodies all over equipment without wiping anything down, and all while acting like they are gods gift thinking that any reasonable person would want to see or deal with that. But it goes unchecked because staff barely cares about anything including the equipment that half of it is broken and falling apart.

Hello! We are a 24/7 facility. If you’re leaving the two star review regarding our closure over the weekend - all members received an email prior to the event stating that we’d be closed for the weekend. Sorry for any inconvenience!
EDIT: To reply to your edited review...see the review from 9/5/25 as you are the same person. Please let me know which half of the equipment is broken and falling apart. I just did a total walkthrough of the gym with my maintenance man and there are no pieces falling apart. This goes for the leg pieces that we moved out for the next 16 hours as well.

Forget about the great equipment, clean setting, and good music… this place is special because of the people. The culture Jordan has created is like none other. Me and my father started coming to showcase 3-4 years ago now. We were avid goers and had lots of friends in the gym. My father passed away unexpectedly and the gym community truly elevated me and helped me through the process. I’m not sure how or where I’d be without them. Naturally I took time away from the gym after. And when I came back I was welcomed with open arms and surrounded by motivated and amazing humans that elevate anyone who walks in. This is more than a gym. It’s a community , a culture, a family. It’s impossible to walk in here and not come out a better person. Yes, you can come here to get big muscles. But if you want to improve your life, relationships, and business. This is the place to be.
This place is pretty awesome, so is the owner. Great guy, great people, state of the art equipment, and I also got a free shirt. I think this place has 4 kabuki bars which is wild, 3 monolifts and like 6 combo racks and idk how many Texas power bars but there’s a lot. Any equipment you need, they got it. Price is absolutely phenomenal for the level of equipment and quality of the gym, amazing place 10/10 would book a trip back to Florida just to go here again
