Our second holiday in Kipper Cottage 4 adults, 2 grandchildren This is a perfect place today , e nough space for everyone, ideal location A very special holiday and many memories Would highly recommend a walk up the steps to the brewery for a drink and see a band on a sunny evening, amazing pizzas too We will be back🙏🙏

Palmer's is a beautiful, fascinating building to stay in with so much atmosphere and charm. Even when the weather isn't perfect there are lovely places to sit and gaze at the view, including the gorgeous summerhouse. The garden is totally secure for dogs (and kids) which makes the whole stay very relaxing.

"Up the Creek" is an excellent apartment, large, well laid out, great views over the river. Easy walking to the town centre, and also easy access to areas to walk a dog. Let down a little by less than ideal maintenance, and provision. Issues are, however, addressed quickly when reported. Our second time here, and there will be a third!

Tipple cottage is a quaint and unique little cottage with great views from front. Good parking. Great location for older part of town & steps to abbey. Stairs to attic room problematic, especially when taking up luggage. Totally unusable for anybody who isn’t fit and able. This should maybe be stressed more in the property information portfolio. All in all a nice stay.

What a beautiful, spacious cottage, with fabulous views over the harbour. Very comfortable beds and the sitting room area is so airy but cosy at the same time. Absolutely loved it, our only criticism is that although the cottage was clean and fresh the grout around both showers could do with some attention. Despite this, we would love to come back 😊

Sandy Bottoms is a lovely place to stay in Whitby. The accommodation is spacious, clean and welcoming. Easy access with stairs and a lift. The aspect is wonderful, the River Esk is lovely and best of all, the views offer great views of Whitby. Staying at Sandy Bottoms is a short walk into Whitby, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but plenty to see and do on the way into the town centre. We have stayed in Whitby for many holidays, and we will be booking Sandy Bottoms again as a favourite place to stay.

We stayed for a weekend in Tipple cottage. It is in a great location for all amenities. Pubs,restaurants,shops, beach etc. The cottage was perfect. Warm and comfortable. Kitchen has all of the things you could need for a home from home experience. It was good to have 2 bathrooms and the additional toilet downstairs is great. The porch is good for taking off muddy/sandy boots AND FOR DRYING ANY WET COATS as there is a radiator under the small seat which keeps it warm. Overall a perfect cottage in a perfect place.

Nice Appartment ,good Location, shame about the scaffolding spoiling the view. No scratch card on arrival, but Billy sorted it out right away. A bit awkward getting out of the bath, no handles at the side.

The apartment was lovely however I had a couple of issues. We could not get the heating on in the hallways or bedrooms when we were cold. The heating in the living room was fine and in one of bedrooms.Also the pillows and cushions were too hard and uncomfortable especially the bed ones. Also frying pans were not usable due to them being in a bad state. We had to use the griddle pan which in the end ruined our breakfast.Took my sisters along with me and I was a bit disappointed.

For my 70th Birthday I stayed at Kipper Cottage in Whitby with my family. We had an excellent time for 5 nights enhanced by our location looking straight out over the harbour with the added bonus of a garden & BBQ. The rooms were excellent with a kitchen that had more utensils & crockery than I have ever seen in a cottage, & we have stayed in many. The bathrooms & showers were an absolute pleasure with linen & towels being very luxurious. I would recommend my experience to anybody & certainly look forward to my next stay.
