Tipple Cottage Whitby was wonderful. Great attention to detail. Homely and warm. Thankfully it was already warm when we arrived!

The old curiosity shop .Absolutely beautiful cottage. Very cosy in a great location. Would highly recommend this property

Quayside cottage was perfect for us. Clean, warm and had all we needed. Shoreline were very attentive and there for advice or help at the end of the phone. Would recommend this cottage as is very close to a little beach, great views from both windows and about 50yds from 2 great pubs. We will be looking at this again for 2027. Well done, Shoreline great service and a great little property.

Stunning property , plenty of space for a family , we were a couple and loved it. Great views over the river to the marina . 10 min walk into the centre of Whitby. Exceptionally quiet at night .
Very clean , you need nothing it’s all there

Absolutely perfect stay! The cottage was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break to celebrate a birthday. The team truly went above and beyond when our 4‑year‑old accidentally left their favourite teddy behind—they arranged for it to be safely returned. It meant the world to us.

Tipple Cottage is pretty close to perfect, beautifully kept, comfortable, quirky, and really convenient for town and kippers

Another beautiful cottage with every amenity. Bright & clean and the comfiest of beds. Good shower, nice bath. Prime position with its own parking space. What’s not to love!

Stayed at Sandy Bottoms Whitby for 5 days .would really recommend . Warm comfortable with every amenity plus excellent views and parking a bonus .

Booked a holiday cottage in Whitby with Shoreline Cottages Ltd last minute on a Sunday. Left a message as the offices were obviously closed and David called me back within twenty minutes. He was excellent, took time to work out what would be best for us. Stayed at Mariners in Silver Street. Superb location but you need to be young enough to climb tight stairs. For us it and Shoreline were absolutely 100%. Would definitely book with Shoreline again. Thank you David and Shoreline.

We stayed at Kipper Cottage,a beautiful well equipped cottage with and amazing view and lovely enclosed back garden for our dog Guss.A fantastic company to deal with and will definitely use them again.Thanks all at Shoreline

Great little holiday apartment; well appointed and comfortable! Great communication from letting agent. Much appreciated knowing the accommodation was ready in advance. Perfect for a doggy companion also.
2 things to note though (just to add to comfort). Have you thought about putting a small shelf in the en-suite shower to put the shampoo etc? And please think about putting a full length mirror somewhere!
Neither of the above will stop us from booking again, which we hope to do in the near future!
