Had the greatest pleasure working with Ava. My (now) fiancée, wanted to work with Vale and despite this being my first time ever getting involved with rings, it was easy to plan, design, and ultimately purchase an engagement ring. Ava was super accommodating as others have pointed out and worked with us despite our numerous changes (especially early on when we were experimenting with designs) and made quick changes to match our needs and preferences throughout the design process. Ava provided ample information and kept uz informed of all things (costs, materials, time, etc) throughout the entire process. We didn't feel rushed or forced into anything (which is important considering we actually had a timeline to begin with) and everything ultimately ended up being faster than expected! There were parts of the process where both of us were updated and some parts near the end where we (myself and Ava) decided to pull my fiancée out of the loop so it'd be more of a surprise towards the end as the designs were being finalized. This was great since my fiancée ultimately didn't know what the ring looked like even though we designed the ring together (mostly her preferences) which made the proposal process way better. I got to check in on the ring and the stones throughout the process and would recommend Vale to anyone else interested! While we worked mainly with Ava, both Ava and Eva were very friendly and helpful! Normally I'd include some photos but looking to keep the design a little more secretive ;) (though if you check out their Instagram sometime, you might see it)

Eva and the team at Vale are simply amazing! I had gone down many rabbit holes in my quest for a custom ringmaker that wouldn't take advantage of my status as a rube. I had spent almost 2 years asking everyone where they got their rings. Other than the ones had a family ring (lucky ducks) I had mostly come across expensive off the shelf options or "custom" ring makers that over charged and didn't really customize. Somewhat dejected, I had resigned myself to continue looking when I asked a random woman at a job fair where she got her ring. She raved about her experience with Vale and while hers wasnt an engagement ring, it was my lady's exact style. I don't have instagram, but she shared with me some pictures that peaked my interest. After speaking with Eva at Vale, we jumped right into the process. To the men (or women I guess) reading this- she made this process SUPER easy. She listened to me, did what she said she was going to do when she said she was going to do it, and she had insights made the process collaborative without taking it over. The ring we made absolutely floored my fiance and it is truly unique. She gets compliments on it everyday and it fits her perfectly in every way! I would HIGHLY recommend Vale to anyone who wants a great ring and even more so to the men out there trying to make a custom ring who feel lost and overwhelmed! THANK YOU EVA AND VALE!! You made my proposal better than I could have imagined!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Vale Jewelry. I worked with Eva, and WOW her customer service is so spectacular that it will make you want to never buy jewelry elsewhere again. I worked with Ava at Vale Jewelry to create a really special ring that incorporated my Grandmother's diamond and a moonstone to represent my daughter's birth stone. From the first video call, Ava and I clicked and she knew exactly what I was looking to do. Throughout the whole process she was so communicative and I felt my diamond was in the best hands. I received several updates on the progression of the project with videos and photos. Since I am in MA and Vale is in NY, we had to do this whole process remotely and it was so flawless. I had so much confidence in Ava and the Vale team to deliver exactly what I wanted and I am so thrilled with the result. My ring is exactly as I wanted and the quality and finish is next level. I hope I can work with Vale/Ava again in the future and highly recommend them for custom work, as well as all their beautiful non-custom pieces!

Ava and Eva are so incredibly wonderful and so talented. 10000/10 would recommend! Jump to 5 years later, I found a need to reset my engagement ring to better support my lifestyle, and again, Ava was able to help design the new setting I had been dreaming about. They’ve created several custom pieces for me over the years, providing clear & speedy communication & order processing at each step of the way (even on weekends!) Wow, where to start! We do not have enough wonderful things to say about our experience with Ava and the Vale team. My fiancé and I wanted to design a custom ring together, and we went in knowing nothing about the process. Ava immediately made us feel comfortable when we came into the studio and I knew we were in the right place. She was incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in all things rings and we honestly learned a ton. She made the process so smooth and easy and fun! Excellent customer service and gorgeous jewelry! I had an amazing experience with Eva and Ava at their studio in New York. Prior to that, they answered so many questions and provided video examples of the jewelry I was interested in. They were able to accommodate an in-person appointment very quickly. At their studio I had a lovely experience trying on the ring and was even able to hand-pick my stones. Shipping was very fast and I fully trusted the safety and care they gave, providing updates to me via email. I couldn't be happier with the piece or the experience!
