My experience with Leisure Depot, specifically Jen Oliver, was fantastic. Once the Tub was delivered, we had to troubleshoot a couple of small issues. Jen was incredibly responsive and didn't let us go until all were resolved. I highly recommend the team at LD

We’ve been a customer of Leisure Depot for several years, and they’ve always taken great care of us. Today we needed a repair on our hot tub. While it wasn’t an inexpensive repair, the service we received from Jacob was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our hot tub and what needed to be fixed.
It’s clear Jacob takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping customers. The repair was handled efficiently and everything is running perfectly again. We really appreciate the great service and highly recommend both Jacob and Leisure Depot!

Started using leisure depot for my pool chemicals 2 years ago and it’s so much better. Easier and cheaper than Leslie’s. KT is awesome, gives great advice and instructions.

Katie makes our water sparkle
Another winter over and as usual our spring pool cleaning has began. This is the second year she recommended this product that magically makes it all float to the surface. Days of scooping and we are on our way there. See you soon

I’ve been in to get my salt spa water tested several times now, and KT is amazing. She breaks down everything in layman’s terms for me and helps me get my hot tub water back to sparkling. She’s overall just super friendly and provides great customer service! Thanks for the VIP treatment!
