I've been here about 4 times now, brought a friend twice, got the membership on my first visit because I was that confident, totally worth it, everyone here adds exceptional value to the experience as a whole, they're friendly, welcoming, and always ready for questions.

I visited the shooting range at 6 p.m. and was immediately met with a frustrating experience. The worker assigned me a shooter test that lasted only two minutes, but I failed. She didn’t provide clear instructions on what was required for the test, leaving me confused and unsure of what to do.
After waiting for 40 minutes, I noticed two other people who had taken the test and were facing similar issues. They were struggling to pull the gun back because it was difficult. I approached the worker and asked for clarification on what did do differently that the next two people done.
The worker explained that my partner hadn’t guided me properly, and I needed someone who could provide guidance. However, I had communicated that my partner was experienced and that he could guide me with the worker present but she did not communicate that he could guide me through. The worker then claimed that she had told us that my partner needed to guide me, but she hadn’t mentioned this until the middle of the instructions after she failed me.
To make matters worse, the worker told us to come back the next day after we had driven an hour to get there. I was deeply disappointed and felt that the worker’s lack of communication and incompetence had caused me unnecessary inconvenience.
As a result of this experience, I will never return to this shooting range as long as this particular employee is there.
